We were first timers in Colorado and at The Post! Let me tell you what the food was great- but the service was absolutely OUTSTANDING! Dakota R. was our server and he absolutely blew it out of the water! Probably the best service we've ever had! He made us feel so welcomed and special! We will definitely be coming back from Louisiana /Florida! Thank you Dakota!!!

We recently stayed at the Stanley and chose this place for dinner because of the Gluten Free chicken to accommodate my sister's allergy. The service was a little slow to begin but picked up and got the job done. The history of the building is interesting, it was the old carriage house that was renovated. I had the Buffalo chicken sandwich with fries and would highly recommend it. I am surprised that for a place that does so much Gluten free, that they didn't have a GF beer. I would highly recommend for casual eating

The service and food was outstanding. The place has a great atmosphere. I had the Smothered Breakfast Burrito and it was delicious.

This is the old carriage house that they renovated. Food is 100% fantastic! And the staff is really nice.

Food was ok. Didn't like that they nickle and dime for everything. Small ranch for dipping fries cost $1....come on guys.

Our group ordered drinks and chicken strips after a long day of walking and it was soooooo good. The chicken was delicious and you had a lot of dipping options. They cater to people who are gluten-free and they do take it seriously which we appreciated. The staff was outstanding thank you for accommodating us and for such wonderful service.

Oooh this place is seriously so good ?? The food is excellent and not expensive. We had brussel sprouts, shepherd's pie (special), shrimp and grits (special), and some kind of salad that had fried chicken. The portions were large enough to share and everything was very very tasty. Stopped in here during Frozen Dead Guy Days festival and they were having a killer (pun intended) deal on their Red Rum cocktails which were delicious--reminiscent of cranberry sauce flavor, very fall-like--we ordered several rounds for the table ?

Delicious food in a great setting! Only thing was when we arrived we were told it was a 15 minute wait soon we say at the bar, but half of the tables were open, I guess they reserved all the tables for reservations. But, the food is incredible, we had the burger and it was extremely well cooked and flavorful. Delicious sauce and unique with it being on an English muffin!!! The chicken sandwich is super flavorful but simple and well executed. The green Chile Mac and cheese was super delicious and love the Chile flavor. They also have a great local beer selection and food service. Highly recommend! But maybe consider a reservation or going off-hours as they get quite busy!

We were in a hurry to just grab something quick to eat before an 830pm show we had in the Underground, located in the basement of the same building. Staff was friendly and helpful in getting us a couple soup of the day within minutes so we could quickly eat. The soup of the day was a chicken and rice which was very delicous. We saw alot of the other dishes other customers had ordered, and really regreted we didn't have enough time to better sample the menu. Overall, for such a short and quick visit, we had a very good experience. Next time we visit the area, we definately will make sure to dine here and try the chicken items.

This is set in a perfect location. The restaurant itself is very cool! The service was okay. The manager on duty was great! The food was just okay. We have been to the restaurant in Lafayette and thought the food was a little better. There were 8 of us and some of our food was cold when it came out but that might have been because of our larger group. They were very quick and great about replacing that food with hot food so we appreciated that!
