Only person in line, placed order at 2:18 am for a Big Mac meal and didn’t get my food til 2:33 am. Figured I was waiting on fresh fries but NO warm and stale fries are what I got. For such a long wait. Horrible service
This store is the WORST McDonald's I have EVER been to in my entire life!!!! Do not go!!!!!! Drive the extra 5 minutes or more to go to a different one. This place needs new management. The general manager is completely disrespectful and rude to customers-she actually yelled at me at the drive thru. She needs to be fired, so so soooooo unprofessional. They forgot half of the food of my family and I ordered and when we ordered the drinks they forgot one of the drinks and all of the straws and the bread was stale and the fries are burnt and we asked them for medium fries they gave us small fries and didn’t give us the wrong drinks and no sauces when we clearly asked for ranch and ketchup and bbq sauce
