I was recently visiting Evergreen, Colorado and came across this Thai restaurant. I was most pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food as being some of the best Thai food I have had, ever. The staff was very polite and attentive in the atmosphere was comfortable!

Food here is great and quite reasonably priced for Evergreen. Pad Thai and curry dishes are great, as is the Pad see ew. We've also tried some of the stir fries and have been happy with those as well. This has become one of our favorite places to roll into after returning home from a long day skiing. Almost always seating available / no wait (they do a pretty good carry-out business, but their dine-in area is cozy!)

Well we hadn't been here in a while. We were hoping the food had gotten better. My seafood dish which was $20 was a big let down. The sauce was delicious, but everything in that bowl was so overcooked. The shrimp had literally turned into rocks. My husband's dish the potatoes were not cooked all the way through. Our server didn't visit us until he saw that we were done. We told him of the issues, but he didn't care. Didn't say anything. Nothing. Just walked away with some dishes (didn't even clear the whole table). The other people there were very nice. Our water was taken care of and one of the ladies that didn't speak very good english got my husband some more chicken (instead of potatoes). At least she made an effort. So sad. May try when it is earlier in the day. Perhaps, food won't be so messed up?

Came in for lunch and the food was delicious! The adults had the red (mild) and green (Thai hot) curry and they hit the spot after a bracing walk around the frozen lake. My 7 yr old son loved the pad Thai noodles.We’ve been looking for a Thai restaurant that we can keep going back to. There was one in Black Mountain NC we would always go to on our day trips from the city so we are very pleased to have found one in Evergreen!Service was quick and friendly.Good value.Oh yes the jasmine tea and hot sake were the perfect pairings for the meal!Kid-friendliness: A good range of kid friendly meals.

I love Beau Thai Evergreen! I frequently crave the chicken pad Thai and visit a couple times a month. The hot tea is great, nice hot sake, and service is always prompt. All the staff is so kind and attentive. My food always arrives very quickly. It's so nice to be able to order online in advance as well. They're always buzzing with business but remain efficient and quick with getting you your food, whether dining in or to-go. Best Thai food in Evergreen!

Great experience eating here with my husband.We ordered the crispy spring rolls and a bowl of Tom Yum soup to start, both were excellent.For entrees my husband had the Pad See Ew with chicken (he requested to only have broccoli as the vegetable) I helped him finish it and loved it.For my entree I had the sweet and sour chicken stir fry with white rice which I also loved.We would both return in a heart beat and I look forward to trying the other dishes they have to offer!

Is it real authentic Thai food, don't know, never been there. We ate a lot of Thai when we lived in CA for many years and I believe that was about as close as you'll get to authentic in the states, and for us, Beau Thai was equally tasty.Our $45.00 array of takeout fed 3 and with enough leftovers to feed that many again. Food was ready on time, piping hot and well packaged.We'll be back.

We've been craving Thai food for ages but the only local to us restaurant is in Golden and we refuse to patronize that business. We got takeout, see the attached photo of the many dishes we ordered and we loved all of it, it was fresh, hot, and so tasty. Is it real authentic Thai food, don't know, never been there. We ate a lot of Thai when we lived in CA for many years and I believe that was about as close as you'll get to authentic in the states, and for us, Beau Thai was equally tasty. Our $45.00 array of takeout fed 3 and with enough leftovers to feed that many again. Food was ready on time, piping hot and well packaged. We'll be back.

I always, every March make a point to get the best of Denver westward to learn of new and exciting places to visit. I don't recall ever seeing this establishment listed in the pages but it should be. This is an absolutely wonderful place for a good bite to eat. The curry is amazing, the dumplings are very tasty, the spring rolls are refreshing. Every item on the table was so flavorful. The staff is kind and friendly and it's reasonably priced. We can't wait to go back.
Absolutely great Thai food. Service is also always great and speedy. We've been eating here for 8 years and highly recommend it. Portions are always huge. Pad see ew and green curry are both phenomenal.
