Foothills ground beef burrito with green chili and queso... wow! Great flavor but don't try to eat this while driving! Also Foothills pork nachos, order the smaller Evergreen with double pork. We are becoming regular repeat customers.

Found this gem while driving through Evergreen and had to stop by for a quick lunch. I had a small sample of the green chili and knew I had to have it. I ended up getting the Big Mountain Beef burrito smothered with green chili and it was incredible. The staff was very friendly and the food came out quickly. I will be coming back!

Wonderful food. Jason allowed us to sample some of the product (since we're out of towners) and was awesome to interact with. Food was delicious and he checked in multiple times, which is very rare for a food truck.
