(This is as of 03/24/2024.)Great atmosphere! Very clean and nicely decorated!We ordered shrimp and pork spring rolls and Pho bowls.It was all so good! Just a little sad we couldn't order sake.Wishing you lots of growth!

We stopped here on our way up the mountain. The shrimp spring rolls are the best we have ever had. We also both loved the pho. We came back on our way down the mountain for shrimp spring rolls again.

The pho is good. I’m giving this place a poor rating for a couple of reasons. First, the prices are ridiculous. They charge $17 for a medium and $20 for a large, except the large is only the size of a medium at every other pho establishment that I’ve been to. So the medium must be the size of a small. But like I said, at least, the food tasted good. But the primary reason I’m motivated to leave this review is because the waiter tried to overcharge me for the sales tax. He just added on a flat $1.50. The actual sales tax in this location is 4.75% which equates to $.95. I know it’s not a lot of money we’re talking about here but that kind of thing just leaves a bad taste in my mouth. And that’s not the way you want somebody leaving your restaurant.

No one to greet you when arriving. Total chaos. Ordered ahead. Person I finally found could not speak English. Others waiting 20+ minutes for take out. Food is extremely bland - no flavor. Ordered spicy and had no flavor at all. Appetizer and one dish was $40. Would not recommend.

Pho Evergreen is ran by a very nice couple! The food was great and restaurant was decorated nicely. I’m happy we got to stop by this restaurant while 70 traffic was a parking lot outside of evergreen.They unfortunately don’t have their liquor license currently, I hope that changes in the future!

Just moved to a new location which is even bigger and the decor is coming along quite nicely :-) a great stop over especially for those coming from the mountains who are stuck on I 70 traffic! If you live locally in Evergreen and you haven’t tried this placed yet, it is a must!
The new location in Evergreen is now open and we were able to get a table and sit inside. Inside it was very nice, new, and clean. Service was great, we were treated extremely well and the food came out within 10 minutes. The food was very good, we had pho, stir fry, and some appetizers. Would highly recommend people come here.
I have been coming here a couple times a month ever since they opened. I absolutely love Pho Evergreen. The chicken pho and seafood pho are my go-to. I've order a whole side of the chicken broth when I had the flu and it truly brought me back to life. When I bring kids here they love the food options as well, especially the wontons and dumplings. I often crave their sesame chicken as well. I love to get the boba here!! Taro is yummy :) I can't say enough good things about the owners and staff. They genuinely care about doing their best to provide high quality and prompt service. The owners have even began to remember me and my sister's favorite orders over the years. The environment is cozy, not overstimulating, and a great place to meet friends or family. Very wide menu variety and quick service whether to go or dining in. Very glad to have Pho Evergreen in our small town!

Pretty much done with this place. Like other posters have said, the place is blacked out and never open. When you call for takeout they have you rendezvous with a driver that they send up from their Golden location. Such a goofy hassle. I'm out.

Ordered food for pickup, but restaurant was closed and nobody there. Called back and he told me they would meet me in the parking lot with my food!! Very strange. He said to wait in my car. Also asked for my credit card information and tip over the phone! Pretty sure this is not PCI compliant!

Tried calling and placing an order because the first time I visited they said they are only doing take out. Turns out they are not open on Sundays at 2pm like Google maps said they are. Asked the guy what their hours were so I could suggest an edit to the times and got interrogated.I will not be going back to give this location another try or contribute to any of their other locations. I'm so tired of all of the awkward situations and continually getting the run around.
