I had been driving for 22 hours and was exhausted and craving tacos. Located in beautiful Evergreen, CO. I was extremely impressed with how good the simple ground beef tacos were. All the ingredients were fresh and delicious. I got a small container of rice, but wished I had gotten more as it was good too. Highly recommend!

I came in to try the shrimp because I saw all the advertisements on the doors and inside instead of heading over to Jimmy John’s how I originally had planned. She (employee) opened the lid from the container where they have it and said we don’t have any didn’t even offer for me to wait till more was made the carnitas and Barbacoa was delicious still I came in for the shrimp. Staff didn’t seem to friendly at least the two girls up front were not, one had red hair the other green. Update got back in line spent another $13.00 another girl from back opened same container said there was enough for one taco I said great I’ll get three and get the other different meat I got to try the shrimp pretty good, still I you should not have to go through all of that just to try the shrimp. And again girl ringing me up with red dyed hair wouldn’t kill her to smile not very friendly.

We entering the restaurant for a late lunch and encountered a hostile young woman behind the counter insisting that my service dog leave the premise. We told her my dog was a service dog (I'm a veteran w/PTSD), it had its vest on and was behaving like a service dog but she was not buying it. The Qdoba emploee didn't know how the two questions to ask about service dogs and its her manager's role to educate their staff about the ADA. There is no excuse for her attitude or her ignorance. If you're a veteran or a family member of veteran, spend your money elsewhere. No one deserves the treatment we received.

Food is excellent, staff not so much. The guy making the order was good then he fell back to start another order no big deal but the girl that stepped up to take his place at the register needs to learn customer service. The guy rang up the order before going back. Got 2 large drinks after I paid she wadded up the receipt didn't ask if I wanted it then asked her about the large drinks she had to unwad the receipt and look without saying a word. Still not answering about the drinks I just grab 2 cups. Then asking her about a fork or spoon and she just stands there and stares not saying a word. Right now there are a whole 5 customers in here and about 15 dirty tables with food all over them. No staff in sight. Floor is just as bad 1st time here and won't be coming back to such a nasty place with bad customer service

They are never open on time — 10:49 doors locked still and it’s not the only time.Not sure how they stay in business if they don’t honor their own hours.
I've visited here a handful of times and each time the staff is welcoming and friendly, the food is tasty and fresh, and quick.

The employee was too lazy to refill the sour cream bottle when I asked for extra sour cream. So he squeezed hopes and dreams out of an already empty bottle instead of just grabbing more from the back….I’ll stick w/ chipotle from now

There is a certain security in eating at a chain restaurant and their consistency when you travel. This QDOBA fell very short of what it should have been when I stopped in tonight around 7:30. Food was good. Exactly what I expected. The dining room was abysmal. Every single table was covered in debris and surrounded by trash. I would have walked right back out if I had turned and seen the dining area before ordering. The employee that was slamming something constantly as they did something in the dining area was grating as well. I say doing something because they certainly weren't cleaning. Kitchen area that was visible was a disaster as well.
