I’ve had trouble with this location and their curbside pick up. Everytime I hit the "I'm here" button, I'm always waiting at least 20 to 25 minutes before I get my food. The other day I ordered concrete mixers and decided to give the curbside pickup another chance. I waited over 30 minutes in designated pickup spot. I tried calling, but there was no answer. After calling, I decided to go through the drive-thru to get my order, otherwise who knows if they would have brought it out.It's probably better to not use the curbside pick up and just order normally becausevsomething seems to go wrong with the curbside pickup.
I have really come to believe Culver's is the best fast food chain around. No matter which one I go to, the obvious high standard is maintained. They must really focus on the staff being extremely pleasant as that has been a constant at all four I've visited. This store was clean, fast and friendly, the parking was plentiful and safe. The food was simple and good. I especially enjoy the fish sandwich. I enjoyed how well they decorated for Christmas. Their ice cream is first rate as well. I'm a Culver's fan girl and I admit it.

I’m from out of town and I have to say this Culver’s is so friendly and clean, even the patio when it’s snowy out. The staff goes above and beyond for their customers. Shout out to rob and tamy they always have a smile and give great service. Thank you for a great experience.

The Food was not cooked very well and our server was extremely rude to us and kept sighing whenever we asked for something that he kept forgetting to put on our tray. And to add onto that the whole staff team was extremely loud and obnoxious. Overall this place should honestly get a whole new staff team the guy with the clip up ponytail was our server and was extremely rude. I normally like this place but this was the worst experience I ever had

Service here was terrible. Cashier was rude and the workers were yelling very loudly when there is people inside trying to eat. Server brought the food and sighed when I asked for ranch! This is ridiculous and this place needs to get it together. Overall the food is good but the service needs to be better. Usually like Culver's but not today!
