“Ok. This is an anomaly and I struggled whether or not to post this. We went thru the drive thru for a late dinner a couple of weeks ago. A number of things just didn't work out. I ordered the fish sandwich and chili fries while my gf ordered the hot dog and the mini shake. Got to the drive up window only then to be told they were out of fish. The manager came to the window and said the same thing. They were expecting more in 20-30 minutes (mind you this was about 830pm). I decided to go with the chicken club sandwich, adding pickles and mustard. They didn't have us pull up so all the cars behind us had to wait almost 10 extra minutes. The drive thru attendant forgot to give us the shake until we reminded her. We pulled up and then checked the food while still in the lot. The hot dog was cold, the chili fries were cold and were spilling out of the container. Got back and when I opened my sandwich it did not include the pickles and mustard that I had asked for. I still very much enjoy this restaurant, but this experience was not good. It won't affect my decision to return unless we have a similar issue. Normally I'd give it 5 stars, hence my overall rating.“

“I ate from this Pizza Hut for the first time today. My order was ready when I got there, the staff heard me enter and attended to me within a minute (not super friendly, but not rude, either), and the order was correct and warm. No complaints.If anyone would like to know what the new Melts are like, that is what I ordered: decent sized, not mind-blowingly delicious, but pretty good, the dough was light and flaky (not just regular crust pulled over to make a sandwich)...and for $6.99, I would say it was a pretty good deal. ?“
“Usually choose to dine at a Carl’s Jr based off the service and quality of food and this location is always consistent in delivering both. You can usually tell if there’s proper management based off the employees moods/attitudes and the guy that most recently took/served my order, Zach, was awesome. Friendly, great work ethic and always seems to be putting in his best effort“
“def 5 stars because it's a fkn KFC AND A&W at the same place... fried chicken and the best root beer floats ever. that's all that should need to be said.and yes, I mean the best. ever. idk of anywhere else that even sells them like that (there might be but I don't think so..) not to mention they MAKE their root beer.. so they're literally made there, from scratch. fkn DANK AF plz open more locations because as far as I know the only place that has the 2 combined like this is falcon.“
“I would like to thank Ryleigh for the amazing sandwich tonight! I went in to buy a sandwich but there was a mishap with the drawer. She tried to figure it out and even gave the Manager a call but no response. So she actually paid for my sandwich with her own money(I’m going to come up and pay her back). But I just wanted to point out she’s a keeper. I’ve been in the restaurant business for years now and what she did truly was awesome. Great to know we have people like that out here.“
“Made it technically before it was supposed to be. One of the best pizzas made the way I wanted and the nicest people ever. Called to say thank you and the lady was very nice too! Papa johns has my vote for best in Falcon. Hope they keep up the great work!!“
“This is the better subway in town. This one had mediocre service, better food than the other subway, and it was inside the Walmart so a pretty good place to be on a random afternoon. They have clever posters on the walls. All the thing the other people are saying is probably about the other Subway in town.“
“I have really come to believe Culver's is the best fast food chain around. No matter which one I go to, the obvious high standard is maintained. They must really focus on the staff being extremely pleasant as that has been a constant at all four I've visited. This store was clean, fast and friendly, the parking was plentiful and safe. The food was simple and good. I especially enjoy the fish sandwich. I enjoyed how well they decorated for Christmas. Their ice cream is first rate as well. I'm a Culver's fan girl and I admit it.“
“I went in this evening to get a sandwich and received some of the best customer service a person could ask for. they were a little behind and Star was working the front counter and went above and beyond the call of duty making sure I knew where in the process my food was. Even though there was a little bit of a wait, it was not a problem with someone whom knows how to work hard and is willing to be upfront about things going on. If she’s not a manager, she should be.“
