Absolutely loved my experience at this Papa John's! The pizza was delicious with fresh ingredients, and the crust was perfectly crispy. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. Definitely coming back for more!

They said it was delivered when it wasn’t. Took an extra 40min!! Called the store and all she said was “oh sorry”. Pizza was a total of an hour late. When we finally received it, it was not even warm! Not an honest establishment more worried about their “time” than actually serving their customers. Sticking to Pizza Hut.

They have "delivery only" specials. Which is stupid. I have to pay MORE to pick up the same order. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen a pizza shop do. Also, maybe 1 in 10 pizzas I ordered with extra sauce actually had it. They serving up lightly pink colored dough covered in cheese. Also have to order twice baked to get it fully cooked. Disgrace.

Now that they use DoorDash for delivery, I get cold pizza every time. They don’t give DoorDash drivers the hot bags. Time to enjoy Pizza Hut or Dominos from now on.

Expect Terrible ServiceI know why the stars are so low. The manager on duty doesn't listen to customers. She asked me my name three times and my phone number. She asked me who I ordered through, and I told her Uber Eats! I had to go home and get snap shots of my order on my IPad, and she acted like I never told her Uber Eats. Then, on top of this, the garlic sauce had exploded in my box. The lack of leadership and quality assurance here makes it clear... don't order pizza from here!

Made it technically before it was supposed to be. One of the best pizzas made the way I wanted and the nicest people ever. Called to say thank you and the lady was very nice too! Papa johns has my vote for best in Falcon. Hope they keep up the great work!!

Yikes. Ordered a simple stuffed crust pizza. It tasted nothing that resembled Papa John’s consistency. Long time customer. It takes alot for me to throw an almost brand new pizza in the trash. This location claimed that prize.
Getting more skimpier on toppings as time goes on! If I wanted dough with sauce I'd do IT MYSELF!

Have had multiple issues. Last night’s delivery took 3 times longer than quoted and driver tried to drop off someone else's order initially. Waited another 30 minutes for mine which was quite soggy by the time it was delivered. Spoke with manager and asked to at least get my tip back but it was still charged. Manager was clearly flippant about it. If I was quoted over 1.5 hours I would’ve ordered somewhere else or picked up. Weather was fine btw. Driver was apologetic and gave me 2 liters of free soda which I don’t drink.

It's really touch and go but my last visit wasn't great. Staff is amazing but the food was meh. Chicken bites were dry and just had a few drops of sauce on them, pizza was gloopy and flavorless but like it's papa John's you get what you pay for.

Really good deals for rewards members. Really like their NY pizza. The carryout special (large one-topping for $10) is a good deal. The papadias are also good, we had the meat lovers one.

It's Papa John's, so decent pizza, but the staff here is just so incompetent...One time I get a text that the food is ready for pickup only to go in and be told it isn't; then wait 15 minutes for them to realize the boxes on the rack this whole time have my name on them (they asked 3 times for my name). Then I figure I'd order early and set a time for pickup only to get texted that my order is ready 20 minutes before the scheduled pick-up... dang it, I just want some fresh hot pizza for once!
Food and service are good, but forget items often. Check boxes/
