Manager needs to really teach young teenagers that work there about customer service, ordered a huge order, gave a great tip, as I was walking out I asked for the crushed red peppers that come in those little packets, guy at the register said no problem that will be 99 cents per packet, Dude I just gave you a really good tip on a walk in order, and you want to charge me 99 cents for each of those little packets of crushed red peppers that are free at every other pizza place ? Never again will I go to this ghetto tiny pizza hut run by a bunch of teens.

Worst $18 pizza I’ve ever had. First bite I took had a woman’s hair in it. Should’ve trusted my gut after opening the nasty looking pizza and not even tried it. Won’t be going back ever again. Don’t imagine many people ever go back here.

Shorts you boneless wings and charges you for sauce that was supposed to be on the pizza but wasn't. It's really not that hard to read an order and prepare it correctly.

I spent $40 and got cold pizza because door dash had another delivery along with mine so the normal 10 minute delivery drive time took 35 minutes. From the tracker, it looked like door dash sat at the first delivery about 15 minutes then took the long route to my house. Pizza was ok after I heated it in the microwave.

DO NOT go to the Pizza hut in Falcon, they took my order, web site said they were not delivering, I assumed due to weather. I decided to pick up. I place my order, jumped into my truck and by the time I got there, there was no one in the store, door was locked and no one answering the phone. Now I have to fight to get my money back.

Sadly, Pizza Hut has let me down! We order from Pizza Hut (the one in Falcon, CO) for the first time in almost a year...because of the last order! We were very disappointed in our order tonight! Our order was not complicated, we only asked for extra sauce, but the pizza was so dry the roof of my mouth is now cut up...so very sad. I have LOVED Pizza Hut since I was a teenager, I am now in my late 50s. I ordered from Dominos last week and it was just liked we asked...sorry Pizza Hut you are on the road to closure. I wish I had read the reviews before I wasted my money! Next time Dominoes will win, the coin toss...
