Waited a whole hour for something that isn’t worth waiting for that long for. Told us 30mins went back and asked after an hour and still didn’t tell us when it’ll be ready. Super annoying especially when you have other things to do. Good Customer service so rare these days you guys definitely don’t have. Waste of time and money. Trash don’t even waste a penny ?

I had takeout from the Chilihana's food truck last night and it was amazing! I got the trio with filet mignon, chicken and shrimp! The portions were huge. The filet was high quality but the shrimp was sub par- not saying it was bad but it wasn't top notch. My friends advised we call ahead and place our order then go pick up. Wait times are usually about 20-30 min. This is a great option when you have that Benihana craving minus the long and drawn out dog n pony show. You seen one flaming onion tower and hibachi choo choo train then you seen em all. Get the trio with the Diablo sauce and thank me later. Everything is seasoned and cooked to perfection!! Makes me want to kiss the cook!!

They came to a work function and it was fantastic. Taste just like Benihana's. The portions were huge and the staff was friendly. Very very good! I guess they are out by The Sportsman's Warehouse in Thornton a lot. Guess I will need to drive a little north (I live in Littleton) to get my fix. Very good and healthy. For reference I had the Chiki combo but paid extra to have an extra protein (steak, shrimp and chicken).

Over all this food is absolutely amazing but their timing is always terribly off. We call way ahead before we really plan to eat because they always take a long time to get the food. (because the food is so good they are always busy) We called to order our food at 6:30 pm and it took well over an hour to get the food after they said it would be 30 minutes. We only wait because the food is so damn good but be prepared to wait double the time they tell you but you will be satisfied after you eat their food lol.
