Ordered online for pick up. Tracked our order as it was prepped, put in the oven, boxed, and ready to go using the online tracker. There was an option to skip the line when we got to the store for pick up. What a great feature, especially if you're in a hurry. We were able to utilize online coupons to save on our order, and the food was still hit when we picked up.The pepperoni bread was like having a pizza, especially if you dip in the marinara sauce. The loaded tots weren't as flavorful as I had hoped they be, and the options were very limited. It would be great if you could custom order like you can with pizza. The was edible. I just wasn't as impressed as I thought I'd be with the bread and tots. Maybe next time.Domino's is still a great place for a quick meal, and it's good to see new menu options. Variety is the spice of life.

I ordered two pizzas and they messed up both pizzas one was a buffalo pizza and they filled it with onions and I'm allergic to onions the other way meat lover with barbecue sauce not pizza sauce and they put pizza sauce on it lost my business I'll never get pizza here

We've ordered pizza from this location many times. The order is always right. We've been happy with the food we've gotten. The delivery drivers are friendly. The only complaint is that sometimes it's taken a little longer to receive our order than what it has said online but that could be because they are busy or maybe short staffed. Will continue to order from here and would recommend them.Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids.

I called this Dominos because I’d been left in a pinch for a very large order of pizza for the next day! I called at around 5:00pm, so we’re talking tight turnaround! Liz answered my call, in more ways than one! The first order was 45- pizzas needed at 10:15 the next morning. Not an easy feat when you open at 10! That was just the first order- there was another order for even more pies for later in the day. Liz and her team not only had them ready (they came in early to get this done!) but helped me carry them all out to the car and the event was saved! Had it not been for Liz and the Dominos team, we would have had to settle for much less due to the other company backing out last minute. THANK YOU LIZ AND DOMINOS!!!

Horrible management and costumer service. I just got off the phone with the manager sky. I was hung up on 4 times, it's in my call log and will show the general manager. I simply asked for the mans name answering the phone so I can let the general manager know how he's handling calls telling me not to order that my Pizza won't arrive till 2am. Then I get a text saying my pizza was on its way. The driver just left and took my order with him. Less than 30 min later. Again all thx to the guy answering the phone.
The pizzas could be cooked a little longer along with the wings but the highlight of the night is our driver Elizabeth!!! She always goes above and beyond for us!! She is the absolute best. Always tells us the upcoming deals we can do. She is one the main reasons we keep coming here. She's fantastic!!

Just ordered a deep dish pizza for pick up. Didn’t check the pizza until I got home. You guys gave me a regular pizza. Called to see if they would offer a refund being I hate your regular pizza. Wasn’t offered for a driver to come out or refund me my money. Was told I would have to drive all the way back because YOU guys made a mistake. Will never order from your store ever again lost a customer.

Beware. The store is very filthy in the food prep area and the staff is poorly managed and unprofessional for business. Sure the counter tops are wiped down with dirty unwashed rags that give the surfaces a clean look but the contamination process isn't visible to the naked / untrained eye. A closer look at the store's cleanliness reveals a horrific and unacceptable rating. The place should be shut down for inspection from the health department and other local authorities until corrected. Notifying the management would be useless at this point since they are complicit with the situation and contribute to the problem. One photo shows the store manager wearing pizza doe around his head and uniform hat with the GM standing right behind him during the unacceptable photoshoot. With the price of food cost, it is highly unlikely that they have thrown away the contaminated food and instead reused the doe for somebody else's order. The store is being brought to the health departments, FDA & proper authorities attention for their deceive-able and unacceptable malpractice of a business. Anybody sick from this place (84th Avenue and Huron St./ Federal Heights Domino's Pizza location) should seek the proper authorities for reconciliation. A place like this is an epicenter for the spread of diseases and viruses, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic and should be held accountable for their actions of mistrust with the handling of food and customer services. There are more bad reviews with this business than there are with good reviews and should be considered before ordering anything from this location. This place wouldn't have had this many complaints for so long if the company's standards and morality was in line with what they portray to the general public. Worst rate given possible without a doubt.
