It's always a mess at this location. Drive thru takes significantly longer than any other location I've been to, and they often mess up orders. I once spent 9 minutes waiting on the drive-thru line (after already ordering), got to the window, paid, then received my order, which was missing one of four items. I was asked to pull around and wait in the line... again. Spent a further 13 minutes waiting. The parking lot/ spots were ALL full from some random car show. I am generally very patient, polite, and kind... and while I was still polite, even I was at the end of my patience. Won't be coming back to this location... honestly, it will be faster to drive to a location further away and get the correct order in a timely fashion.

The last week I've ordered a jr sausage breakfast burrito 3 different times and 2 of the times it had zero sausage in it, just an egg and a tiny bit of cheese, the 3rd time it had one piece of sausage. If you reply and fix it then I'll update my review.

The food used to be ok. The last couple of times, we had trouble with the food. 2 months ago, one of us got sick, but we thought it might be coincidence. Tonight, the entire family got really sick just a while after we ate. We didn't have anything else before that. It couldn't be coincidence this time when we all got sick. We have to stop going for a long time. Hopefully food management can improve because we used to like to order from Sonic. Also, they have all the parking spots open but not used for ordering.
