Surprised the place wasn’t busier, this should be packed daily! It’s a great location and plenty of parking. Handicap spot right in front, handicap accessible entrance, outside seating, as well as plenty of room inside. I forgot to get the girls name that works there, but she was great too! 10 times better than Marcos’s better people better service food is authentic and taste 1 million times better than Marcos’s pizza in town. I would definitely order from here. The drivers are awesome food always super fast and fresh.

Placed an order an hour ago, confirmed everything (bc it’s a pretty big order) verified phone number and location when my order was placed. Got here and magically they cannot find my order. Manager told me they would fly it but it wasn’t ready fast. Just frustrating. Didn’t offer any apologies, nothing to make it right. Just told me to sit tight and they would let me know when it’s up.

Wow! Kids these days. Order a pizza for pickup, a medium two topping and they say 2 hours. OMG!!! I’ll just go to Denver, eat, get home before the pizza is ready. JC the world we live in. And for you OWNER, shame on you and your tax scam!!
We recently switched from ordering from the Erie location, I have to eat gluten free due to dietary restrictions. The gluten free pizza here is phenomenal, I don’t know what it is, but even my husband who does not have to eat gluten free prefers it. On top of that all of our employees agree that the pizza quality has gone up significantly since choosing the Firestone location. Thanks guys!

awesome Pizza awesome customer service delivery driver is friendly and professional with the customers I always get good fresh hot pizza here we had a small issue with a previous order spoke with the owner and she made it right great customer service the people that work here are awesome and they give you great pizza and on the odd occasion something goes wrong they will make it right definitely would recommend if you want pizza in this area. thank you guys for your hard work and all your delicious pizzas. ps the owner rocks.

If I could give less than one star I would. These people working today are terrible with customers. Got my order wrong, they wanted me to pay for another pizza and wait ten more minutes if I did because my order was supposedly done. I still has to wait ten minutes because my order wasnt done. One of the guys wouldnt even talk to me. The owner has to employ people that are good with customers and try to avoid them.

If there were 0 stars I would give that. My order was not correct and the manager didn't seem to care. While I waited I overheard him yelling and being very derogatory towards the young staff but he didn't seem to be helping. The owner should really be stepping in.
