I work graveyard shift at the ER and when I'm ordering, I am always re directed to this Firestone restaurant. Sometimes they deliver to me but most of the time they just cancel my order! Last time they delivered, they forgot my drink but I was thankful and appreciated them enough to tell them not to worry about it .... It's not even closing time. You close at midnight, I ordered at 1030..... You cancelled my order after I was charged and no, it DOESN'T REFUND back to my card!!!!

Drove from Longmont to this store because it had better reviews than closer stores. Ordered online and arrived a few minutes early. We were notified that our order was ready and I headed inside to pick it up. I was greeted by a young female employee and I gave her my name and let her know my online order was ready. My order and name came up on the screen behind her and I let her know. She looked around for literally one minute and then mumbled something and walked away. I thought she was coming back with my order and I continued to wait while I watched customer after customer walk in, receive their orders and leave. I had 3 more employees ask if I'd been helped and when I said yes but the employee never came back, they all walked away and didn't try to figure out what was taking so long. Finally, a fifth emplyee asked if I had been helped and I explained what happened. He looked all over and found my order in the bottom of the warmer right behind the register and had been there the whole time. It took 15 minutes to get our food and the female employee that disappeared never came back. When we got home which is only 10 minutes away, our food was cold after waiting so long. This experience was terrible and we won't be back.

When the employee dropped our pizza off at the driver’s side window of my car, my kids in the backseat said “Wow! He looked really nice like someone who is a good friend.” Haha, I told them I felt the same way and thought I’d share that. We frequent this Dominos at least almost weekly and they’ve always had excellent service!

A HUGE shout out to the crew that worked, in Firestone, on Christmas Eve!! My family and I didn't want to cook, and This Dominos crew made everything correctly, and it was steamy hot when all 9 pizzas showed up right in time for football!!! Couldn't have asked for a better Xmas Eve meal!!! THANX Domino's!!! ??♥️

Ordered a $30 pizza MEDIUM 3 top, barely any toppings, made me sick for a day, and was outside for 10 minutes because the regaurd who delivered it didn't ring the door bell. This location used to be great, used to. Now I'm for sure not ordering from this dominos again and buying Papa Murphy's across the street, frozen pizza and Marcos indefinitely.

Customer service tonight was top notch!One of my pizzas wasn't the right size and the crew was professional and fixed it asap!I paid online and didn't bring my wallet in or I would have tipped them more.
