Ordered a eight piece bucket with no special requests, assuming it would be heavenly made with light and dark meat. I personally prefer dark meat and all eight pieces were white meat and dry. I also got the mashed potatoes with gravy. The potatoes had no taste and they had a VERY small amount of gravey. I ate two pieces of chicken and gave the other six pieces away. I threw the pitatoes away. Service was ok but food a HUGE let down.

This location has been decent in the past for me. But, at this recent visit, I encountered indifferent and near unfriendly, front counter service. Inside was empty, and staff stood around talking while preparing a 90 dollar order, and I was served our food in the same indifferent manner. At home, we found gravy missing and original chicken that looked and tasted almost like crispy. It's hard to get consistent service and food in these places anymore.

Just paid over $80 and received half bowls of everything. Burnt or crispy mac and cheese not sure what is was. My kids didn't even like the food that's saying a lot. Because It's one of there favorite places.
I got my food at the drive through, and had to go back to get a fork to eat my potatoes with. The food is a little pricey.

They always close over an hour than theor posted time which is 11pm. Kind of a bummer when you get off at 10 and want to stop by in the way home. They will literally watch you from the windows and not even bother to serve you. Should probably invest in new staff.

the workers were extremely rude. they judged me for my accent, they began to cuss me out after asked for wings. they also lied and told me that we couldn’t get extra sauce because they were out. my chicken was dry and undercooked by the staff. after asking if they had wings and hearing my accent, they brought a different employee to the window. when handing me my food, the man in glasses withheld my food from me so i had to unbuckle and open my door to reach my food. the workers were extremely hostile and were audibly talking bad about me and my accent. DO NOT RECCOMEND GOING HERE
