We put up with substandard service due to lack of wait staff, cold food, long wait times, crappy bands, everything because we loved this place not the owner but this place and the environment. Stopped by there on my way home 10/28/21 to order wings for dinner and was told by the waitress staff that he (guessing either owner or cook) said no more to go orders. I was told it was because he wanted to keep everything in house because of shortages. I explained that I'm paying for the wings so why does it matter if I eat there or take them home? Parrott's offers a very large menu and excellent food. Both the service and my food were outstanding. I enjoyed the Pulled Pork Wrap. The meat is perfectly smoked, the slaw topping & fresh the french fries that came with it were terrific. I could only finish 1/2 of the wrap it was so filling. Will definitely be back to try some of the burgers

It's a little noisy here but the food is fresh and the servers are friendly. The nachos and the bison burger are recommended. I also love the Texas toast included on some entrees.

Absolutely disgusting that this place would put their personal finances over the safety and health of others, but it IS Weld County. What do you expect?

I spent half a day here watching football and having some drinks. The atmosphere was a little lacking as they weren't super busy but the staff is really friendly and helpful with selections. I had some wings with my drinks. They are hearty and have good heat levels. I also had some of their kettle chips. They didn't have a great flavor and were a bit undercooked. Might have been from old oil or they just aren't my type of chip. Other than that, solid place!

If you’re in a hurry, this place isn’t for you on a busy Friday or Saturday night. They could def use another server or 2 at peak times. It’s a great place to hang out in town and enjoy a couple drinks. Prices are fair.
