Absolutely insane the two guy kids running this place are insanely rude and apparently have zero customer service I wish there was another sandwich place in town

Went in to grab a sandwich. Stood at the counter for 10 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged. Crew were too busy making online orders. My patience finally wore out and I left. Disappointing, poor service, even for Subway.

I tried going to another local Subway and they told me I couldn’t order 5 subs for my family - it was considered a catering order, so I left and went to this location - so glad I did! The service was GREAT! The 3 people working were so nice and didn’t mind at all making 5 subs.

Straight up; overall was a 1 star and this is why if you wanna read on. Food was mid, I mean it's subway so it's aight. I really wanted to give it a 2 star lol but just can't because of the service. Now, I ordered ahead for pickup at 11:15 to beat the main lunch rush but ended up waiting until 12:30 I get that they got slammed with people in person and online BUT y'all can adapt. Start throwing out free chips for people waiting, comp the sandwich, give a free cookie or 2, make sure to pay attention to people's orders and communicate well with your team. It's only subway so whatever I guess, not too a big a deal and I was just happy to finally eat BUT DAYUM guys. Over an hour waiting.....just step it up dudes. Be better

Absolutely horrendous last 3 sandwiches I've gotten from this location have been really bad the very last one I got made me sick. I got a meatball sub from there once and all the meatballs were rock hard

Placed an online order that was supposed to be ready at 6:45. We arrived at 6:46 and no other customers in the store. An employee was sitting on a table/counter towards the back kitchen on their phone and we could hear another employee’s voice in the back. Our order hadn’t been started and when we asked for clarification on what the pick up time means, we were told that in store customers get priority before online orders are made. Normally, this could be understandable except two employees were doing nothing when we arrived. With Subway’s recent transition away from their old menu, and the consistent lack of customer service, we’re giving up on Subway in this area.

Went in to grab some lunch on a Saturday and were told we couldn't be helped for 20-30 minutes because they were making an online order. Really? I'll go elsewhere and won't be back.

my office placed an order for 3 sandwiches and a protein bowl, they missed the protein in the bowl and the veggie patty + avocado i payed extra for. if you absolutely have to eat there, triple check they got your order right before you leave, or just GO SOMEWHERE ELSEVegetarian options: the employees don't even know that they have veggie patties & forget to put them on your sandwich

We went in there today around 12 for lunch. My wife was the only customer in the store. They didn't but 2 options for breads. They couldn't heat the sandwich due to it being broke. All 3 of the workers were just standing around and they claimed they didn't have any cookies because they had been busy all day. Pretty pathetic way to run a business subway of frederick. Jersey Mike's always keeps the customer 1st. Won't be going back

I went into the store at 5:30 and they close at 9 and they didn’t have meatballs again is it your practice not to service meatballs after 5:30 super tired of excuses oh we just ran out well dude you are open for another 3 1/2 hours this happens at all the Subways in the Firestone, Frederick area I have never been able to get meatball sub after 5 I bought nothing again and will not be back I will go to Jersey Mikes. Completely over it

They really need to get it together at this subway. they are always on there phones and don’t know how to make a sandwich right. I’m starting to think the owner of this subway has no business owning a subway or any business for that matter. I’m constantly having to go back and get things they forgot or we are stuck eating sandwiches that’s all sloppy and dry it’s ridiculous already. everything is going up in price and getting worse in quality this place is a joke.

We were there on Sunday Sept 18, 2022 at 1 pm. Every single table was dirty even though only one other person was eating. No ice tea, no pickles, no olives, no cookies! Slowest service ever! This is the third time in the last couple months we experienced horrible service and lack of items. I mean how hard is to make a sandwich? Horrible management!
