Ordered online via app. Said it was ready so arrived about 5 min after notification. Staff said they'll start making our sandwiches now... Oh wait we are out of meat balls so it's going to be a while per staff...20 minutes later sandwiches finally done. Wife's meatball sub ice cold meat balls and got sick right after eating only half. Now today vomiting can't hold any food down. Reported this subway to health inspector.

Every time I come in here, the entire staff is new. The kid that wears the California Angels hat.. you suck at your job. If you don't want to make sandwiches, then find a new job. Find a work ethic. Saddest sandwich I've ever seen made.

Swore I would never come back to this location as everytime I have ordered online it isn't ready and they tell me it's the wrong location. This time not only had they not started on it, even though the app said they had, and I was 5 minutes after it said it would be ready, they tried to give me someone else's food and insisted I didn't know my own name. I've now been sitting here for 10 minutes still with no food. Over 15 minutes after it said it would be ready. And they just turned a customer away at 7:31 when they don't close until 9:00. I meant to order from the location by Safeway as they are great. Don't know why this location is so terrible but I'll be sure to triple check that I'm ordering from the store by Safeway.

I was a bit irritated to find out after walking to the Subway in the Safeway strip mall, that the Subway on Highway 119 / Firestone Boulevard in the King Soopers strip mall is advertising itself as next to Safeway in the Subway app.Obviously, the store next to Safeway said "hunh?" when we tried to pick up our order.When we then walked back home and drove to Highway 119, all the north store would do is say "we have tried to get Subway to update the app, I am sorry for the inconvenience."So warm soda and sandwiches sitting on the counter for an hour-and-a-half.

Today I had the best experience. There were two young adults. One of them was named Stevie, and there was another gentleman, and they were working their tails off, while still being kind, providing excellent customer service, and still had a great sense of humor.

This is one of the best, if not the best Subway in Colorado! I’m not sure why some of the more recent reviews are negative. Maybe just a fluke. The manager and the staff are professional and awesome sandwich artists! Plus the bread is way better than many other Subways in Colorado. I am a Subway Queen and the only Subways I go to now are this one and a couple in Longmont on Main Street and on Hover. The one at 17th and Pace has improved, but I would still recommend this store in Firestone over them all!!

Ordered the sweet onion teriyaki pro that is listed with two times the cheese on the menu. The girl making my sandwich put only one piece of cheese and I asked her to make the sandwich with 2x the cheese like the menu describes. The employee said she has to charge me more for the cheese. I asked her why the menu says 2X times the cheese and she responds “We used to do that but now we have to charge”. Is this subway that cheap and can’t stick to the menu and make the sandwiches as described? I know this is a small thing but the girl had an awful attitude when I asked her about it and the other subway in Firestone by Safeway does not do this.

I thought I was done with Subway before, but this experience confirmed it. We will never be back. Condescending workers, place looked dirty and $10.11 for "12 inches" of bread and about 5ish slices of thinly sliced meat .... RIPOFF. Never again. There is more I'd like to say, but don't have time or energy to type it out. If I could, 0 stars.

Don’t expect this store to be open at 9am, as it states on the doors. Been here multiple times only to have to wait for them to actually open up well after the 9am open time.

Last 4 times I've been here they were out of herb and cheese bread, 3 out of 4 they were out of meatballs, today they were out of tomatoes. Kids behind the counter are great, courteous, friendly and quick. Management on the other hand seems to have gone down hill. Will be driving to a different subway in the future.
