"Endured aggressive upselling tactics that were nothing short of exasperating – the constant suggestions were overwhelming. It felt impossible to simply place my order without interruption. The staff member's rudeness and haggard tone were, at the very least, unwelcoming, leaving me with no desire to return. Judging by other negative reviews, it appears I'm not alone in this disappointing experience. It's no surprise that Burger King within the same building was bustling, while Arby's had only one person in line. Improve your service to better serve our military, Arby's!"

I am quite dissatisfied with the service I received at Arby's today. I went through the drive thru line to try the new Goodburger Meal and I was at first excited . I received the food and look into the bag . I see the 2 burgers but I noticed I had received curly fries instead of crinkle fries. I go back through the line to ask about the fries and I was told "The crinkle fries are just for advertisement" I was lied too and deceived. I exited the line because the employee already looked like they didn't want to be their, so I couldn't trust to ask for some new fries because I wouldn't feel comfortable that the new fries weren't tampered with. I am upset with my visit to Arby's today and it has completely ruined my meal.

They gave me the wrong fries that I did not order and the lady at the drive thru window acted like she was doing me a favor to get me what I ordered. I asked for ketchup...twice... and didn't get it. They weren't even busy. I was one of two cars in the drive thru at the time. What has happened to customer service?

How do you get stale, old, rock hard curly fries at 9:30 in the morning? Not a single combo on the menu for less than $10. Shame on this franchise for gouging our men and women in the service and then serving this garbage.

Everytime I DoorDash in the evenings, I’m always waiting 15-20 min for the cook to finally actually start cooking the food. And the one on the register is always taking 2 orders at once.

Usually not a complaint from a fast food place, since they're already botton of the barrel. But I had to write about this Arby's. The workers are clearly military kids who couldn't careless and are entitled just as much as their E2 parent. The line was deep into the big waiting area, and what do you know their on the BookFace. So, if you're in the military, teach your kid some work ethics. To be part of something bigger than their phones.

I love Arby’s but I don’t like being pulled around to the back where they take out the trash to receive our food. I watched it come out of the back door and they had to walk around carts used to take trash to the dumpster. I’m not ok with this. We took it and threw it away immediately. We were at the window today at approximately 5:30 and there was no one behind us so I don’t know why we needed to wait between the back door and the dumpster for something I’m supposed to consume. The least we could’ve done is sat in a spot in the parking lot. But I won’t be coming back here.

Their staff is friendly, although their food isn’t always the best.. I got the French dip. The dipping sauce was cold, and there were unknown black & white specks in the sauce.. I usually always get the French dip, anytime I go to Arby’s (first time getting one from here), but I’ve NEVER received a dipping sauce that had unknown specks in it.

Hi, I just went through the drive-through at noon on Sunday 8 January. A big thank you and shout out to the awesome lady on drive-through register. Her positive attitude and good energy brightened my day.For Arby's, the food was good.
