This Jimmy jams does not miss. I do not care what employee is working i have never had so much as a misunderstood order or a mess up its 100 percent how you asked 100 percent of the time and im pretty sure that’s accurate bc I’ve probably gotten close to 100 sammies from here by now.

This place is ok. The reason for the 3 star is due to the service and sandwich. We asked for extra mayo, and to add pickles, and mustard on the sandwich. We got sandwiches with little mayo, mustard packets (none on the sandwich) and a WHOLE pickle (none on the sandwich). The bread was hard too. Probably the most disappointing Jimmy John’s experience I have had unfortunately.The workers were nice though

Freaky fast: not at all.Literally waited in the drive through line for a total of 36 minutes. When ordering, the man taking my order seemed to be bothered by my presence; I felt very uncomfortable.Upon arriving at the window, the man took my payment and promptly told me to wait, proceeding to close the doors in my face. I then waited 9 minutes and 30 seconds for my two simple sandwiches. Both orders were also received with errors. The whole 9 minutes, the man stood behind the window, didn’t help make any sandwiches, and didn’t take any orders.I normally love Jimmy John’s but this place has tempted me to succumb to subway or even starve for lunch rather than wait through that experience.

Probably the slowest sandwich shop I've ever been to in my life. I'm going to drive out of my way to go to subway from now on. They have at least 4 employees and only 1 person making sandwiches at any time.

Fourth world JJ's franchise AND the complete opposite in quality compared to the other store on base(2miles away). CONs: consistently gets my online order wrong and the service takes entirely way too long to make cold cuts products. PROs: wins the Guinness World Record for making 1 sandwhich per 20-30 minutes on average.

This place is so slow! The workers seem to be checked out. I had to go around the drive-thru twice before anyone got off their phone and asked me what I wanted. I had to repeat my order 3 times, and it STILL came out wrong! I will go out of my way to find another Jimmy John's to avoid this circus.

Are you looking for fast service? What about nice employees? How about tasty sandwiches? Then look no further, you've found the place to be at!I've been to this established a multitude of times and I have to say, it's pretty good. The number of combos available is over ten and that's good, I'll say. Employees are nice and sometimes they put out their fresh bread for anyone to grab at the end of the night. If you are doing delivery, they are fast!I give this place a five out of five stars! If you are hungry and not sure what to eat, bring your buddies by and grab a bite to eat!

When I call and say you gave me the wrong drink, don't huff and puff in disgust over the phone. I understand mix ups. But don't try and make me drink a diet coke when I ordered a regular coke on the app

Just ate there today, the staff was amazing, but sadly the ingredients are not getting the love they deserve we threw out a whole sandwich and my wife felt sick.Vegetarian options: The #6 for sure, there is also a new pesto pasta salad that was a good carb option with no meat, but does have egg.
