The food at Agave Underground was wonderful! However, unfortunately the wait time for drinks and food was so slow on a Monday night with only 4 tables of patrons. The bartender spent 75% of the time we were in the restaurant chatting it up with the server and other staff. We are people who will go back again and again when the food and service are deserving. It's sad this place doesn't have the management control to require hard working to be done by their staff. Hopefully it gets resolved, because we would love to recommend it to others.

Service was fantastic! Maximo (hopefully spelled right) and another girl (didnt catch her name) were so nice and wonderful to my mom, my dog, and I. Brought over a tray for my dogs water before we could even ask! The food was so good, my mom was very audible about it.? The drink in particular Mi Cocol was really dangerous! Loved how sweet it was and could barely taste any alcohol which I enjoy. I, 10/10 reccomend and will be coming here again soon!Parking: Theater parking on the West side or parking garage are a crosswalk away. Sometimes the front will be empty too!

Wonderful service and a great atmosphere. Big garage door style windows open during nice weather. Large patio! Wonderful margarita flights, as aesthetic as they are delicious!Parking: There are about six parking spots right out front which are rarely available. Plan on a short walk from your parking spot to the restaurant.

Located across from the movie theatre Agave Underground is the perfect place to grab an amazing appetizer, a pre-movie Tequila Flight and some outstanding Mexican cuisine! Get the Queso Fundido to start, but look out... You'll definitely want more!

Love the food and service has been great. We've been there 4-5 times now before we hit th movie theater and have had a great experience every time. Major props for their menu--way more than the typical burritos, enchiladas, and tacos. Last night I had the Carnitas Cazo and my wife had the Birria De Penca and both were excellent--tons of flavor and very different than normal Mexican fare. Servers and bar staff are friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

Sat at the bar with probably only 15 other people in the entire restaurant. Took almost 20 minutes to be greeted

Went there today for the first time, and I got to say that it was not on par with the reviews that I had seen. I sat at the bar and had to wait about 10 minutes before I was handed a menu. I ordered a mangado and a birria de penca. The birria de penca did not come with a molcajete as it was advertised. The bartender said they didn’t have any, although a couple of minutes after the couple next to me received one. Some parts of it were cold, which contradicts the way it is traditionally cooked. Didn’t get any silverware and had to ask for napkins. The drink was good, not exceptional, but good. Place looks nice, but not on par with service and quality.

A relatively new establishment. Loved the food (variety of tacos), as well as the salsa tasting experience. Drinks were fresh and unique! Will be back. Nice atmosphere with an upscale feel. Bar is large with a few TVs with sports on.Wheelchair accessibility: Ample space for motorized chairs

Service was ok. Most of the menu is in Spanish and English. But still hard to read. The food was ok , but the chicken was dry. The glasses at the table were dirty and had fingerprints on them. Never going back.

We went here for the first time tonight and loved it. The food was delicious- great flavor and so much to choose from. The atmosphere was also amazing. Super fun and decorated so nicely. They lost a star when we asked for to-go boxes and they brought us styrofoam, which was a major bummer. Putting hot food in styrofoam is not good for our health nor is styrofoam OK for the environment.. there are much better options that won't contaminate our bodies or the planet.
