It’s weird that on here it says this location closes at 10:30 but it appeared to have closed before 9:45 and had to reverse out of the drive thru because someone else was still waiting at the window for about 10 minutes.

This location has been getting progressively worse in the past few years. I used to love coming to this location because it was so much better than the one I previously lived by, but that has dissipated. At my visit to the store this evening, I went into the lobby to order because I have a family member with dietary restrictions, and I didn't want to hold up the drive-thru with a complex item on my order. I waited and waited for someone to help me. Several employees walked by, looked at me, and kept walking. The only time the employees were working while I was there was when the drive-thru rang. After a while, I left... With no food for my family. The time previous to this visit, my husband was using the restroom, and he saw an employee go in, use the facilities, and leave without washing their hands. We reported that to the manager and left without eating there. The time before that, we were made to listen to a manager complain to us that she had been working far longer in a day than she could handle, and more hours in a week than she was okay with while we waited for our food. I understand that they are people in the other side of the counter, and that is why my family has returned to the establishment for "second chances," but we have run out of patience for the pattern of service this location has settled with providing. It really is disappointing to keep getting let down after trying to be understanding over and over again... And to leave empty handed on more than one occasion is unacceptable.

Great food and fast service. Often time I welcome mistakes, for how we respond to mistakes, tells us more about us than when everything runs smoothly. We had ordered a chicken sandwich meal but upon retrieving our order, a fish sandwich came in its place. I informed them of the issue and they were prompt and apologetic about the issue. There is equal blame to be shared here though as I had a view of the order before paying and didn't notice the mistake. I offered to pay for the additional sandwich but the staff insisted to make it right at no additional cost. Great place to go for a yummy lunch!

12/27/2023 HORRIBLE drive thru service. I sat in my parked car for 15 minutes waiting in the drive thru. There was one car waiting at the speaker for god knows how long and they still didn't get their order taken. You have workers walking in and out of the lobby. But not ONE single employee working at the drive thru. Do better Arbys! I thought it sounded delicious today because it's one of my favorite spots. Then I ended up backing out and going somewhere else with better drive thru service. I will no longer go there because of the ridiculous wait times. TRAIN your employees to be QUICK. People don't have all day to sit around and wait for someone to take their order. I will not be going back to the S. College location again.

I like Arby's food, but I don't eat it very often. I rarely do fast food at all.. The Greek gyro I got today was extra tasty! The server at the window was super friendly and welcoming. This is a good Arby's!!I went through the drive-thru, so I really have no comment on the atmosphere.

Updated Aug 30 2023. WOW! Had the Rueben sandwich. Restaurant quality. Deep delicious flavor. Soft bread. Wonderfully satisfying and LARGE. Pricey at $7.09 for just the sandwich (not the meal) but that where the market for fast food is today.I've noted some of the bad reviews but I live nearby and have never had a bad experience here. A whole lot more than just a food item goes into the customer experience. I rolled up on Arby's at lunch time when the drive in line was long. I needed a beer battered fish sammy. I got that sammy and was not disappointed. Management had matched the staffing to meet the lunch time demand - the drive through line moved surprisingly fast. That's not easy to do when you have a menu with more food items than you can count. When I pulled up to the window the employee who handled my order was extremely pleasant and outgoing. He confirmed my order before handing me the bag and asked if I wanted any sauces. The sandwich was very different than their seasonal fish sandwich. It was the beer batter. Very light, thin and crispy. It truly enhanced that large hunk of fish. And it was served with pickles, lettuce and tomato. I opted out of the tartar sauce. Honestly, this sandwich did not need to be enhanced with tartar, it was that good by itself.

Twice in a month I had to back out of the drive thru after waiting over 15 min, and yet the car ahead of me hadn't even got their food yet. Hire some more staff and then pay your people more to keep them their. Otherwise, just close this joke of a restaurant. I can get food at a sit down restaurant faster.
