This is my first bad review and it is well deserved. French dip is dryer than the Sahara, even the sauce could not help. The prime rib sandwich is extremely over priced. $18 for a sandwich that has less than a 1/6 pound of mediocre beef is ridiculous. Overrated is an understatement. Also mac n cheese is lower quality than craft in a box.

The French onion soup was fantastic. I wish I had bought the bigger one. The New York strip was also very delicious done well the vegetables were great. The filthy martini could’ve been a little bit better. They did use Breckenridge Gin, which was very good. And that was their happy hour. The parking is course in this area is going to be a little difficult. There’s street parking but for as many restaurants and stuff going on there it still isn’t quite enough so you are more than likely going to have to park in a parking lot and then walk to the location you want. This has an amazing outdoor patio. It was too windy for me to sit at it or I would have. They also have a rotisserie going with chicken that you can watch right behind the hostess, which adds a really cool touch.

Austins is a nice place to go to dinner with friends. I rate the food as average and this rating is because at least 1/3 of my Prime Rib was just Fat and the Bread Pudding was very dry. Portions were good too. It would be a nice place to go in the summer and sit outside to people watch.

Food was good, but very expensive. We both had salads, she had the fish with a wine, I had the ribs with a beer. Total after tip was ~$130. We were sat right next to the entrance of the kitchen so it was very loud and a lot of foot traffic.

Great food, nice atmosphere and reasonably priced. Service has always been good. Love the French onion soup!

Went there for a late lunch with my friend. I ordered a salad, and my friend ordered a burger. My Colorado ID was punched (I got my driver's license so they punched the ID) and despite it being not expired and my dob being perfectly visible, the manager decided not to accept that nor my valid Brazilian driver's license (that even the Ramskeller inside CSU accepts). So I couldn't get a glass of white wine with my salad nor could my friend have a beer with his burger. We are both 30+. That is just bad management and super unfriendly with immigrants. I even showed him the police report proving that my passport was stolen... No go.When the food arrived, the salad seemed fresh but I couldn't really tell because it was super overdressed. The burger was subpar; it didn't have a lot of flavor, and the bread was old and tough. Fries were ok, and the chicken in my salad was a little dry but not bad.Overall disappointing experience. Not coming back.

Chicken rotisserie was excellent. However we did have to wait a little longer than expected because they ran low on white meat. Again, tasted very good. The rotisserie sirloin special was very good too. Because of the wait the manager didn't charge us for the appetizers and desert. Very nice!

I had the bison meatloaf and chose the brussel sprouts as my side ... both were excellent and the portions were huge (I came home w/enough for another meal). The other person w/me chose the pork tenderloin and a side of their coleslaw ... he also felt that both were excellent (and he loved the teriyaki bbq sauce they served as a dipping sauce for the pork). We would definitely return!

Walked in. Sat at bar at a community table which I dislike. But wasn't full so it was fine. Food was tasty and service was good.

I've had it all here over the years; the meatloaf, the rotisserie chicken, the sirloin, the prime rib, Cobb salad, cornbread, chicken wings, the burgers, crème brûlée and key lime pie. It's all good. I always find the place inviting, they work with you even at the busiest of times, staff is hardworking and they are churning it out. Some people expect perfection but for many years, I'll take consistency and friendliness over anything else. Great place for patio seat, great place for a bar seat, great place for a party of 4. I always go to the one downtown.

Walked in at 8:25 knowing they close at 9. They had everything closed down. The bartender and server went to find the manager who didn’t look happy to see us so we said we’d go somewhere else. It was our favorite restaurant to take our college kids to but thanks to them not being excited at our business (and the food not really impressing us), we discovered RARE across the street. They were happy to seat us even though they closed at 9:15. They were busy. The food and service were fantastic and far better than Austin’s. New favorite.
