Wow - this was our first time here and allI can think is WHY? Why have we never been here before? We felt so welcome as soon as we walked in - the owner was extremely personable and made us feel like she was entertaining us in her home. Our server was amazing and so friendly! The food was UNBELIEVABLE - everything was so delicious and looked amazing - we went with a total of 6 people and none of us was disappointed with our appetizer, entree and dessert choices. The drinks were delicious and the atmosphere was fabulous! We love you BN and we’ll definitely be back - thank you for a wonderful Birthday meal!

Both the waitstaff and food were excellent. The ambiance needs some work. For example, the chairs don’t all match, and the table layout feels a little cluttered.

Bistro Nautile (formerly Fish) has long been a favorite restaurant of ours in town, especially for a treat. Last night's service was not only a let down, but really upsetting. My husband and I had a reservation for my birthday, and had been sitting for our table for about 10 minutes, when our waiter approached and said that "Meat (someone)" sat us in the wrong spot. We couldn't tell if this was the person's name, or he was teasing but that he'd have to move us. We'd been sipping water, and drawing on the table mat, and he said this very loudly, in fact he was very loud all evening. We looked around and there were 3 other empty 2-top tables open within sight. No one was waiting (including for half of our meal). Everyone near us was looking. We asked politely why, and he said this was the wrong table, and that it was Friday night and they were going to be very busy, and that our reservation was for 5:45 and we shouldn't have been seated. I looked at my watch and it was 5:53. Again, he repeated it was Friday night, and they were busy, and that he'd be back to move us. Then he left us to talk about whether we should just leave. To be clear, we are both professionals, we weren't underdressed, nothing like that. Then he comes back like, 5 minutes later, and says he has good news, blames "Meat" again, and that he'd do us a favor and let us stay at our table. (uh, thanks?) We ate, drank and the food was fine, but honestly, the mood was soured. Then barely acknowledged us. Then I handed him my $250 gift certificate, he asks if he should "just take a 20% gratuity," out of it (presumptuous) and I said no, I'd tip with cash. Then he brought the certificate back, withholding an extra $30. Then disappeared. We waited another ten minutes to flag him down, I said that the amount was wrong, and he said, "oh, yea?" and then left with it. When he came back he said, "I used my watch." No sorry. No thanks for coming in. Nothing. The hostess said the owner would follow up. They haven't.

Menu looked great but staff were more interested in looking at their phones than seating us. After finally being seated, we eft after sitting there for 15 minutes of no service. Only two other groups were seated at the time.

Everything was undercooked. The scallops, the pork chop, the whole meal. Also the server acted like one of those jerk waiters and was way to casual and rude with us. Cannot recommend.

Loved their original opening menu, and this is a close second. The new seasonal happy hour menu is extremely good. We loved the lamb sliders and the green curry mussels. The oysters are always phenomenal. Bistro Nautile is always a very solid dinner and happy hour menu, and we highly recommend this restaurant . We love their food, but would love to see their cocktail menu expanded or have them offer seasonal cocktail additions.

We eat at this wonderful place regularly ! If you are in Fort Collins and miss this place , all I can say is I'm sorry. It's truly a great place. You have to come!!! Seafood lovers are in heaven. Drinks are great! I had steak last evening. Was so good. Great Chef and servers. I usually get seafood but wanted to try their steak on menu and it was fabulous.

My husband treated me to Bistro Nautile for my birthday last night and it was perfect. I generally don’t care that much about quality of service but the staff here does. It’s great to experience a whole team on the same wavelength. We ordered a series of plates since we wanted to try a variety. I was a little worried our eyes would be too big for our stomach but the bartender assured us we were in the right direction. All plates were timed out perfectly and absolutely delicious. The bartender kept the atmosphere entertaining and fun with light banter. I really enjoyed every aspect. Thank you!

:My father always said you'll hear when service is not up to par, but almost never when it is good, and that when it is good, it should be recognized. Last night was our 3rd time at your restaurant. I generally don't comment on a first or second visit as any time could be a one-off, positive or negative. Our meal was wonderful and we enjoyed the friendly atmosphere. And our server, Brad, was most helpful and friendly. Servers who give such exceptional services are hard to find and are a great asset. We look forward to our return.

On a weeknight we enjoyed the delightful ambiance and personable service. The food was creative and tasty. There was a spice level issue with one entree, but the restaurant made it right for us. Overall, this is our favorite fine dining restaurant in town.

The food and servicencontinue to be excellent. It was very busy, but servers and kitchen, handled it very well. The food came out in good time. Always a great experience when we come here for dinner.

Disappointed. We have eaten there before and enjoyed our meal. My wife explained to the waiter that she did not like hot, spicy food. He pointed out some items on the menu that he felt may be a bit hot. He said he had not tried the special, Grouper, but it was well liked by many diners that evening. "Amazing" was the word he used. We both ordered the Grouper. The initial dish, Onion Soup was delicious, more cheese than bread. The Grouper dish served in a bowl with the grouper at one side. My wife ate the Grouper, which was fine with only a little spice carry over from the Risotto. She tried, but barely ate the Risotto and the root vegies, as they were much too spicy hot. I am more used to hot spice and ate about half the Risotto. We both like French food, as it is not spicy hot. I do not recall ever eating spicy hot food at any French Restaurant, in the US or France. It spoiled our Valentine dinner.
