The location it was at in Fort Collins is completely empty and being prepped for a new renters I assume. No information on the Blind Pigs website about moving or closing down. But they definitely aren't up and running at this location anymore.

The blind pigs vegan menu was spectacular. The best vegan food in all of Fort Collins! The blind pig will be missed!!!

Andre took amazing care of us despite how busy it was. He made our drinks, brought us our food, and had such a wonderful attitude, not to mention how knowledgeable and patient he was with all our dietary restrictions. Amazing vegan and gluten free options!! Great location and very impressed with the service, will definitely be recommending this to all my friends in town!

Do not eat here if you are gluten-intolerant or celiac. I got tacos and rice and beans and asked about gluten free and I was told it was safe but I’m very sick. Great food if you don’t have allergies.

It’s a Red Robin style ordering system. Scan the QR code. Make your order and put in your credit card.I ordered a burger medium and asked for mayo. What came out was well done (I suspect previously frozen and not made in house) with no mayo and wilted lettuce. Asked for mayo. Got 3 mayo packets?Burger was fine for what it was. Fries were hot and chewy somehow.Anyway. The place is fine if there was no tipping. Tip? For what?It would be 5 stars if it was 30% less costly or there was no tipping. It leaves a bad taste in my mouth for a business to not pay boh staff appropriately and have boh staff rely on how busy the eatery is.Pay your staff reasonable wages and get rid of mandatory tipping.

The day shift service was slow and unresponsive. We saw multiple people search for someone to help them for several minutes after walking in the door despite it being slow. That being said, when Rachel came out she was awesome! She immediately checked in on everyone. She was really on top of it and clearly picked up on her fellow employees slack. Her customer service was top notch!

0n 11/11/23 This bar served alcohol to my pregnant wife after we had made it clear she was pregnant. She ordered a hot chocolate drink and there was an obvious break down of communication with the staff. The server treated it as an “oops my bad” situation. Spilling a drink is an “oops my bad”. Serving alcohol to a pregnant woman is just gross negligence.

Enjoyable atmosphere. Non traditional service. Order and either leave a tab open or payout on your phone.Meals were brought out by a literal ROBOT! I was shot but very fun.Vegetarian options: They have a surprising amount of options and some interesting sounding options as well.

Ordered one sour and an order of duck wontons…somehow my bill was $50? The wait was 45 minutes for food, a 1/2 hour for one drink. Not sure if they’re adding additional gratuity or what. The duck wontons hardly had any filling. Not somewhere I’d go back. I was there with a friend, not with a large party or group. My friend’s food was inedible.

I was so thrilled to find a place that has so many vegan options! I had the Korean Cauliflower Po Boy with some vegan jalapeño dill aioli for my fries. It was so good. The server Jackson was knowledgeable and fantastic! If I lived here, I'd definitely be back!!

We stopped in on a whim and were excited about all the vegetarian options. Most places only have 3-4 things we can order, here they probably had 15 if you include the apps. And very clearly labeled as such with little green leaves and a way to make it vegan as well.Vegetarian options: Really good veggie curry samosas.
