After waiting for 20 minutes for them to just take my order 2 cars in front and behind it took them another 15 just to get my the food. They still charge you full price for a 35 minute wait. The only reason your a restaurant is because you were supposed to be cheap and quick. If I had the time I’d dine in with real beef somewhere else. Nothing from the staff letting you know it will be a wait

Management here is a joke. They treat their customers like garbage. Went here to use the restroom and the bathroom light was off. So i asked if someone could turn it on and they told me the bathroom was closed. So i went out to my car and went right back inside and they had turned the light on and opened the bathroom so i went in the bathroom and was followed and harassed by one of the workers. The second i went in the bathroom they had turned the light off on me! How can you treat paying customers like this? This is the worst restaurant in town by far! Honestly doesn't even deserve 1 star.

I drove all the way to Burger King to get an impossible whopper for dinner on whopper Wednesday. I attempted to change stores and the app gave me a new code before I even ordered. The system did not recognize my code and I could not get the 3$ whopper.Angie the manager refused to help me out. I told her I’d be writing a bad review so that’s what I’m doing. Probably the last time I eat at Burger King. I drove home hungry.

Not only are they never busy, but even if only 1 car in front of you, you will sit in line for 15 min. This was 3:10 pm. Then the guy on the speaker will take his time to address you. Never says hello, thank you, sorry for the wait.. Nothing. They are ALWAYS "out of paper" so you NEVER get a receipt. And after all that, the burger was still cold, cheese not even melted. Last time I try BK. Both locations in this town are awful. Stay far far away

What is with burger King having so many locations with poor service and you never know what the food is going to be like? Literally no cars in the drive thru and they have me wait for a couple mins to order. Then they have me pull through to parking lot to bring it out to me. This kind of stuff always happens there. Poor
