Tl;dr: the garden sandwich here with hummus is the best sandwich I've had in the US. While that is a pretty absurd statement in and of itself, I can at least offer that I'm not vegetarian and enjoy a good deli sandwich as a food group (and shouldn't be written off immediately for my statement). After all, I have a Reubens spot in New York and make it a point to stop by Bay Cities when in Santa Monica. Yet, truth is truth. This cafe is super cute! I was visiting Fort Collins and decided to stop by for lunch. It has a super cute atmosphere. They offer a variety of drinks from coffees to smoothie. All with vegan milk options. I tried the mango smoothie which was really good. They have breakfast and lunch food options. I enjoyed their garden veggie sandwich and asked them to replace the cheese with hummus to make it vegan. They have another sandwich that can be made vegan by just asking. Definitely a great place! They are pet friendly, as long as you sit in their outdoor seating. They were so amazing to us and my pup! They took care of him as well, bringing him out his own water bowl when we forgot ours was super nice! The staff was super friendly and fast! Food was great, I got the protein bowl and it was so worth it!
