We ordered side pancakes, and the short bald white middle aged waiter told us that is a loophole... well it's on YOUR MENU.. He gave us a hard time about it, and then when it came time to pay my wife had 5$ off that butters emailed her for her birthday, and the waiter wouldn't use it because she didn't have her identification with her... one of the worst waiters I've ever had, will NEVER get food from there when he is there...

People miss this great place. The food is great and hot. We've tried several things, and love the skillets best. The specialty pancakes are superb--especially the oreo ones which use real oreos and not just chocolate creme cookies. Great staff--kind, funny. It really is a lovely place. Their mimosa funnels are great. Have fun!

I was very disappointed by my order yesterday. When I arrived my coffee had not been made, I have no problem waiting but apparently when you order coffee the system doesn't notify them. My moca tasted like dark chocolate and hot water. For 6$ it is definitely not worth the drink. The potatoes in my breakfast skillet were very under cooked. I ordered the captain crunch French toast and got some other kind of French toast I'm assuming it was the stuffed one. It was not good at all..definitely not worth 55$ for 2 people. We came in about a year ago and it was great but after yesterday I won't waste my money to try again.

I ordered a Coco Sunrise, which was supposed to contain coconut rum, orange juice, and grenadine. I received a drink that contained tequila, orange juice, and strawberry sauce? We were watching different servers make drinks and there was absolutely zero consistency. We also ordered eggs Benedict and the hollandaise sauce tasted very mustardy. The toast that came with another one of our dishes wasn't toasted at all. Overall, not impressed...

It's ok. I'm glad I reserved ahead online on a Saturday, so my wait time was only 10 minutes when I arrived.But the food is very average. My omlette was supbar and dry. Our server was nice, but she seemed confused and dead on the inside at times. We had to ask for things several times.Also, do not trust the tip button on the device you use to pay - the device claims that 20% was $6.00, but in reality it was closer to $5.00. Even though that much money doesn't matter to me, it's still dishonest. I will always calculate manually if I have to deal with these devices in the future and type it in, even if she has to stand there and wait for me to do so. It is not my fault that management has decided to use those devices for payment. It's pretty deceitful and probably illegal that the tip suggestions are falsely larger than they claim to be.

This place is wonderful!! Great for the college scene but still family friendly and chill. They have wonderful drinks, beer on tap and incredible food. Crispy bacon, and beautiful pancake stacks! It's incredible l!! I wanna come back soon, it was so tasty.

First i want to say that we came on a Sunday afternoon and it was busy. Nonetheless i wasn't very happy with the service. I had to wait quite awhile for silverware after everyone in my party had started eating and they put sausage in my burrito instead of chorizo. Based off of looking at my plate the waitress said its definitley chorizo and didnt offer to rectify the situation in any way. By the time i was finally able to get her attention everyone was done eating so i just chose not to argue and let someone else take the burrito home. Others in my party thought the food was mid. Imo not really worth coming back.
