was super excited after a long day to order dinner, entree was 100% wrong AND none of the extra sides that were ordered came. when trying to get a refund the app gave me free chips & guac as if that makes up for the $30 of inedible i just received. won’t be eating here again.

Poor customer service. My husband and I haven’t been in, in awhile to order. We had a question about a reward we had on the app and we tried asking the person checking us out about using that reward. They got super snippy with us and told us we can’t use it in store and then come to find out, we can. So, I scanned it and then asked them if it went through and they grabbed the receipt out of our bag and said, “You can check and look at the receipt.” I said okay and they said, “It did.” And then threw the receipt back in our bag. I understand that they are trying to get people through the line, but to treat your customers this way for asking a simple question, is ridiculous! We wanted to sit down and eat there, but decided to leave after being treated poorly. To top it off, they charged us for the two tortillas we ordered and we only got one.

Eh food was not the best. Anytime I eat at this location when they are busy the food is not the best. I scheduled. Y food to be picked up at 8 and I got there right at 8:01. I couldn't get any help from the staff so 5 min later I just had to interrupt one of the ladies and of course my food was sitting there behind her. I live right around the corner and my food was not only super cold but also tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile. She also forgot to give me my drink and chips that I ordered. I have come here when it's a normal day and the food was way better but anytime. They are busy then it's awful. It's disappointing how I consistent the food and service is, especially when you get charged a ridiculous amount.

Definitely pretty damn slow about pickup. Just the other day I had to wait at least 30-45 minutes for a single quesadilla. Hurts my bottom dollar as a Uber driver and can negatively effect my service and rating.
