I watched the employees argue about who is going to make this sweet girl her ice cream order. Sad to see such a great place display such terrible acts. They argued right in front of all the customers in line including the person who ordered it. I will no longer be going to this cold stone. Terrible customer service.

I ordered door dash about 2 weeks ago. I ordered sorbet and what I received was nothing close to sorbet. I called the store and no one answered so I left a message. Have yet to receive a call back- I call that non-existent customer service at best!

Fiona's is the best sandwich shop and bakery in Fort Collins! I live in Denver Metro, but do business often in Fort Collins and I stop there on my way out of town every time.

We have always had amazing service here. It’s one of the rare places that the young workers seem happy to be there. And everyone is always working hard. They always have greeted us, worked quickly, even in very long lines. We appreciate the employees here at this Cold Stone location very much. We ordered online this past Friday and when we got there our order was ready for us. Very prompt - even with a long line. We have always been impressed with this location, but that was above and beyond and prompted this review. We’re exited for the Windsor location! Thanks as always for great service.

They Acknowledge when you're walking in the store with a hello, or a Welcome. Very Inviting team of people. Usually don't have a line when we go, & if so they get to you fairly quickly. ?

They now have a choclate silk (almond milk ice cream! I can have limited dairy as I'm allergic so I really appreciate this option! Plus the almond milk ice cream was delicious!

If you have any food allergies, don't bother ordering delivery from them. Their staff didn't bother checking to see what order they gave the driver and I almost ended up in the hospital from a mouthful of almonds. They also didn't lable anything. If they simply wrote almonds on the lid, then even if I got the wrong order I would have known. $59 down the drain and I won't bother with them ever again. (They already know what happened and all I heard was about how seriously they take this. If allergens were taken seriously to begin with, this would have easily been avoided with a single word on a lid. I'm still posting a review so others know the risk.)

The staff are nice and friendly, and the ice cream is great, but...The last two times that I was in, I was given less than full measure in one of the pint/quart/triple-pint containers, by two different people. Was it by a *lot*? No, it was kind of sort of close.Getting on my soapbox, if more than one staff member is doing this, it's not a *staff* problem, it's a *management* problem. The staff are nice, and they believe that they're doing a good job, but they haven't been taught (or told that it's important) to always fill the container completely.It's not a huge deal, but it's disappointing.

Ice cream was delivered late. Driver was weird. The ice cream we ordered was milkshakes. They forgot to add spoons our waffle bowls were crushed and broken. The store was not helpful when we called back Ellie did not provide good customer . We were not happy customers at the end our night was ruined. Our $40 I guess meant nothing. We will never shop here again I hope they go out of business .
