Best fries in Fort Collins. Also classic beer menu with fun additions every so often. Definitely a must if visiting with friends/family. Staff are so friendly and strong in the face of tragedy. Cheers to

Excellent Rueben tonight, for St Patrick’s day. Good pale ale. Very efficient and friendly service. I have not been here for a decade (moving out of state long ago) - the place has been remarkably consistent over the years.

The beer sauerkraut is delicious but WAY too salty. Server was recalcitrant when I asked her to ask the kitchen to drain and rinse it. I insisted. Server stated that the kitchen refused. I rinsed it myself in the bathroom. It took less than a minute.

Five stars five stars five stars- whether you’re just looking for some great good and great customer service then this is your place.I usually try to spread the love and try different places but when given the chance and in Ft. Collins I will gravitate here.Try the buffalo burger, the Schnitzel or if you’re a sandwich lover ya gotta try the spicy chicken club. And for drinks… their house made root beer and ginger ale is great. If you prefer alcohol the the Irish Mule is INCREDIBLE- and for a nice lager ya can’t go wrong with old ft waukee!!!Give Coppersmiths a try - I would never steer ya wrong!

Oh my ice cold beer, fries, and a huge rueben on swirled rye. Half (Huge) turkey wrap and broccoli beer cheese soup ?, and a Coke. Wow so delicious, so filling, so.much leftovers for supper tonight. Our waiter Walker(?) was extra informative, friendly, and just a general joy to interact with all the while hustling between several tables. We will be back to give February Friday fish special a try. We definitely will bring visiting family so they can experience CP&B.Kid-friendliness: Observed a couple of groups with youngsters and there is a "kids" menu.

Always tastey options. Burgers are some of the best burgers in town.

Food was as good as it always is, which is what brings me back again and again. However, on my most recent visit, service was very bad. Our server was very inattentive, spending most of her time at the end of the bar talking with the rest of the staff. The place was nearly empty, with only 3 tables being sat, yet we found ourselves waiting longer than we would if the place was packed.

My husband and I have been visiting Ft. Collins from Wyoming for over 10 years. Today we visited and I have to share a hats off to the chef today as I experienced the best meal I've ever had there w/the brussel spout appetizer and Salmon pasta. Maybe you'll consider bringing back your great onion rings. The bartender Mark was the best.Vegetarian options: My husband always gets the Bean Burger.

They literally pour melted velveeta over a bad chicken tender in their “street tacos”. It arrived approximately 1.5 minutes after I ordered it, and before I received my beer. Seriously tastes like fast food/cafeteria food. This should not be called a restaurant. Do not recommend.

Excellent, and extensive selection of beers. I had the lager, green chile beer, and coffee beer, could have gone for a flight! Salmon BLT was also good to go. Thanks for a great experience

Walker is such a a silly server who we loved to spend our anniversary with. A place to remember for a special occasion or for good company.

11/18: Beef burgers good, not great. Buns plain. Bun to burger ratio little too high. Needs more flavor. Tasted more like a 88/12 blend than an 80/20.Beer battered fries were ok was expecting a stronger beer flavor, and had a hint of ranch dressing seasoning?-To me, the others didn't agree.Horsetooth Stout Cake: beer flavor is very subtle.A bit noisy.Overall ok, will keep looking for a great hamburger in FC.

My husband got serious food poisoning following a meal on Thursday afternoon. It's Monday and he's still sick!
