.Ordered delivery this past Saturday night & after eating two slices both my lady & I were throwing up within half an hour. We’re re-occuring customers, have an account, and were only asking for a refund for the $45 pizza we weren’t able to eat (Valid). The manager or owner (whoever I talked to) was EXTREMELY RUDE to both of us over the phone & refused to take accountability, & kept mentioning that his inspection rating is an A+ (fact checked, this is a lie.). Offered a $20 credit and continued to tell us it was OUR fault & there was nothing more he could do. You lost multiple customers today, which adds up to alot more than the $40 you would’ve lost taking care of your loyal customers. Would not recommend eating here as this isnt the first time ive personally witnessed & heard horror stories with this owner. Look at all the other reviews on how rude the staff is when they’re confronted with an issue on their part. This is NOT how you run a business.

Ordered for delivery, the service was great, however there was bears hair in the spicy ranch.Katie, the “manager” is a total terror, very unprofessional, and overall rude. I’ve never spoken with someone who was to incompetent and combative.

Pizza is great, but the past 4 straight deliveries I’ve gotten nearly room temp pizzas. I hate to find a new spot because I like the pizza, you’re not getting what you pay for when you order delivery.

They are so busy because they’re so good. They are well staffed and everyone is patient and kind. Onto the food, I’m from NYC and hands down the best pizza I have had out west. Management is professional and fair as well as prices. 10000/10 recommend.

Went around 3 o'clock on a Monday. Place was slow. I ordered two slices of pepperoni, but they never heated up the slices. Ended up waiting like 30 minutes. I will say however, the pizza was some of the best I've had in Colorado. Actually prefer it to Krazy Karl's.

Waited an extra 45 minutes for our delivery. When called for estimated delivery they stated it was for pickup. When order was read back everything was correct. Are these college kids or elementary kids taking orders. Second time this has happened, they lost our business, including our hospital orders. Hire better staff!
