I will never come back to this Dairy Queen. I specifically went onto the Dairy Queen app, before leaving my house, to make sure my 85 cent coupon had not expired and it said October 3rd was the expiration date. When we walked in they said, oh our boss decided it expired yesterday. I even showed them the app that said the date and they said nope sorry. That is not how you treat a customer. THAT IS NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS.

The team working last night 9/22/23 was doing a fantastic job when I went in around 8 or 8:30. There was a long line and the whole store was crowded so I settled in for a long wait but they got everything done quickly and the store emptied out in less than 10 minutes.I actually also love that it's a small, simple old school place without a drive thru etc. And it's in walking distance of multiple neighborhoods and hotels nearby. Great work!

Very sad, I ordered a parfait and the girl sets it on the counter and walks away. It was spewing out of the cup on to the counter, was a mess and I cleaned it up myself. Worst parfait I've ever had...very poor service

3 rd time went to harmony location in fort collins, all 3 times out of chocolate. we wanted a twist cone, which only dq has. out of chocolate ice cream!!!! what????? this is an ice cream business, but out of chocolate ice cream!!! this happened over a 3 month period.
A team servers are no longer at this location. Expect long lines and low sanitation. Orders are usually right more consistent 10000 times better than the Windsor location.

The fat girl that works here needs fired. She complains about having to make certain things on the menu… and is vocal to the customers about it. Will never be coming back here again because of her rude attitude.
