Every employee there is very nice and pleasant. Whatever gentleman manages that store was very rude to me today. He kicked me out because he said that I did not purchase anything, when in fact I did purchase something, but he was not currently present. He kicked out a paying customer and said that I had been there for a couple of hours without purchasing anything. I tried to explain the situation to him, but he would not listen and was being extremely rude and discriminatory. He had absolutely zero care about what I had to say. I had already purchased an item, I was just sitting there, minding my own business, and he told me to leave with absolutely no valid reason. As a previous manager manager of multiple stores in multiple different industries, you don’t treat your customers like that.

I love coming to this place when other shops I like are too crowded. The only thing I don't like is that it's always cold in here especially the restroom and then some days the internet is super slow to where I can't even watch a video. Just wondering whats with that but otherwise it's nice here and the people that work here are very nice.

The atmosphere here is great and there is plenty of seating both inside and outside. My latte was not too sweet, which is how I like it. The two baristas were also very nice and helpful! I would definitely recommend coming here and sitting outside when it’s sunny!

I’m not typically one to make a review because I’m in the service industry myself but this morning I went in and one girl was very pleasant and helpful and nice. But her coworker on the other hand ( had brown hair, I don’t know her name.) was one of the most inappropriate and most unprofessional person I’ve ever seen. She was throwing things around and slamming things and and at one point pushed a blender out of frustration which resulted in an huge mess. It was appalling how inappropriate and unprofessional her actions were and it was horrific to watch. But other than that, the coffee was great

Dazbog Coffee is my absolute favorite chain to go to. I have never had a bad experience and the Dazbog on Mason in Fort Collins is no exception. Great coffee, great atmosphere, and a great staff.
Russian roast is the best! A KGBlend is a nice, hearty cup of coffee. And they do have weaker varieties, for those who do not indulge with such gusto. I rarely give a place 5 stars, so they would get a 4.5 if Google would let me.
