Fantastic sandwiches; best prime rib sandwich I’ve ever had. And my eating companions enjoyed their choices as well. Beer gets thumbs up as well. Definitely worth a visit when you are hungry (and thirsty).

We have been wanting to eat here for a while and we finally did, We were not disappointed. The place is definitely busy on a Wednesday night. Even though they were busy we were seated within a few minutes. Our server was friendly and attentive. The food was great and the beer was refreshingly different, I really enjoyed the Belgian Wit, I am not a fan of hoppy beers so this was perfect for me with a light citrus and spice and a crisp finish.

I’m staying in Cheyenne and needed to get away and googled brewery in Ft. Collins and decided on here. They have a nice atmosphere with multiple levels for dining and an outdoor patio. The bar has kinda goofy angles and the pendant lights the hang above are in the way of TV viewing.They have a nice menu of options for you to choose from. I decided on the impossible burger with tater tots. The burger was good and the tots amazing. I was hoping for a Hefeweizen beer, but settled with another German type. The prices are fair here and if I were a local, I’d be back more regularly. The day bartender was very friendly and nice. ?

I ordered pimento cheese platter, pimento is supposed to be a very mild pepper. This dish wasHOT, I have noticed this on all their dishes, please tone down the spicy hot stuff! Thanks

Great food . Always consistent. My only complaint is their burger bun. It is crumbly and cannot support the meat. PLEASE go back to the old brioche style bun!

Had a great lunch at DC Oakes. I was considering the bacon marmalade steak sandwich, but at the suggestion of my server tried the bacon marmalade burger. It was the best burger I've had in some time. I'm moving to the area and look forward to coming back very soon.
