The last 2 times I have ordered its been the biggest joke ever. Like who's running this place?. This is why drivers don't get tipped, it has nothing to do with disrespect to a driver who ruins tipping others who care about the job harder. I hand out 10 to 5 dollars tip no matter what. But do to this last order I will never eat domino's Again!!!..it's pricey then it's a automatic delivery charge then the drivers get all disgruntled about tips..The commercial makes the business look so great and product so great. They left my order at the front desk and never called or nothing as I waited for 1 hour got my pizza and as expected...nasty as ever!!.

Last two deliveries have been unacceptable. Long time customer to this store and sadly, I cannot keep wasting money at this store. Pizza last two times has come cold and very late. Like 20 minutes for a 5 minute drive from the store. I don’t care about a $2 complaint discount from your website. Here is your review, fix your store. Just lost 5 orders a month from our house.
Pizza delivered with burnt crust and cold. Delivery was late because he had "3 deliveries". It wasn't in a warmer so it was cold. Horrible

I like Domino's. It's tasty, relatively inexpensive pizza. The only thing I found barely consistently wrong has been when I try to get extra toppings. I wind up paying for them and then they don't put them on. That happened the last time and it happens more often than not. I don't complain too much about it because I know they're busy. But it is a bummer when you have to pay extra for nothing. They've always been friendly and as accommodating as they can be. Overall I like it.
