My go to here is their biscuits and gravy, sith a side of bacon and hasbrowns instead of eggs! Their coffee and cinnamon rolls are an amazing pair for before or after your meal. They normally have a wait but it is definitely worth it!

Doug’s is an interesting mix of greasy spoon meets, Mexican restaurant. The food is solid. The green chili is very much Colorado style for those of you who don’t know it’s almost more of a soup rather than the New Mexico more chopped green chili but it’s worth a stop if you’re hungry. The bacon was thick and was a little overcooked for my taste, but definitely edible.Wheelchair accessibility the tables are close together and the path of travel are not all clear, but there is a variety of seating options. The bathroom has are single stalls and are big enough although there’s chairs in the hallway that makes the path a little bit tight.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessibility the tables are close together and the path of travel are not all clear, but there is a variety of seating options. Yum. The green Chile is better than the red (and spicier, too). But both are great.

We love Doug's diner. The trick is you have to get there by 8 or its a 15-30 minute wait. Make sure all partied are present or they will not seat you. Food is always amazing.
