I spend a decent amount of money here for my family. Today’s total was around $35. The staff did not pay attention to ANY of the selections made, when we ordered online. Our entire meal was just ignored, and made as the “menu” shows.It’s not the extra money spent; it’s the principle. Sucks I can’t get an Italian sandwich without onion. I know it sounds like a ridiculous complaint, but HOW HARD IS IT TO TAKE ONIONS OFF AND ADD CAJUN SAUCE?!?! Thank you for the food, but this location, compared to the Florida locations, is TERRIBLE. You can’t follow simple directions. Thanks for messing my order up OVER AND OVER AGAIN

Disorganized. No sandwiches being made with 5 employees working. 1 person in front of me ordering. 10 minutes later they are still figuring out how to enter the order into the computer. Still no sandwiches being made. Very strange.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS!!! Legitimately the worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life, I ordered 3 sandwiches for me and my roommates, one of the sandwiches was completely missing, another was completely incorrect, and the third had a hair in it. I called the store and spoke to the manager and he took down my information and promised a refund or a free sandwich if I came in person. The next day I came in and gave them my info and the cashier told me he talked to his manager and he decided they didn't mess up my order at all and basically called me a liar and said they weren't willing to compensate me anymore going back on their word. Following this I called the store the next day to talk to the General Manager, he doubled down on this calling me a liar and saying they didn't actually mess up anything on the order when the entire order was messed up. I have never been treated like this by any company in my life and if you value your money or quality of food I would strongly suggest never going to this location. I will never be going to a firehouse subs much less this location ever again. I can't believe i payed almost 50$ to have our entire order messed up and to be mistreated by the employees and managers of this store.

Sorry but the food is getting worse. Prices are too high. Too much mayo… I know I’m just a middle aged complainer now but… Idk I swore last time I’d never go back. Went back and found out. Again. Another chain bites the dust.
Worst customer service ever. Had me waiting ten minutes so they could gossip telling me they are working on the customers order. Nobody was working. I finally left after ten minutes of nobody making anything. Boy named Quinn was too busy flirting with the females in the back to do anything.

I ordered a pepperoni and meatball sandwich from here. It was cold and they completely forgot to put the pepperoni on the sandwich. TWO INGREDIENTS is all this sandwich is, and they still managed to screw it up. I will never come back here. ?

ryan and madelin had the best customer service i've ever seen, me and my husband went to this store and got our sandwiches, the other line worker happened to switch orders, the people who got our order instead became enraged a level of anger i've only seen a few times, the yelling was something of nightmares, ryan and madelin diffudef the situation completely whilst the angry customers continued their rampage they got them to leave the store without any problems and they fixed me and my husbands order without difficulty

Me and my son went in to firehouse for lunch and since he doesn't know how to chew due to an uncurable illness related to chewing. the wonderful workers at the firehouse, madelin and ryan, performed the Heimlich procedure on my frail little son and saved his life. they deserve a 50% raise plus the nobel peace prize. thank u for everything you do firehouse workers.
