Consensus mostly upscale kind of place you like to come in and impress somebody while they’re on vacation or if you just enjoy the step above this is the place to come have everything you’d like to get to enjoy a marvelous morning, early afternoon, breath, and fresh coffee, and bakery

It was such a nice, spring day in Colorado, so we found Ginger and Baker’s patio and each brought a book to read.Really sweet, personable barista, tasty coffees, and a delicious sticky pecan roll. Unfortunately their pastry reheating over was out of service, so our roll was less ooey-gooey than usual, but we still had a great time.

An incredibly cute little shop! The front store was so charming and colorful. The bakery and espresso bar felt rustic and inviting. We got the drip coffee, rosemary honey latte, and a pecan sticky bun- all SO yummy! The espresso wasn’t the most impressive, so I can’t quite give it 5 stars. The baristas were friendly and helpful and patient! We enjoyed our coffee on the dog friendly patio.

We went here for breakfast for the first time since we moved. The vibe is amazing here! It’s a cute little place with delicious coffee and food. We went for breakfast and we’re very impressed with everything we ordered. My wife said the matcha latte is 10/10! The biscuits are to die for ?‍?Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and dairy free friendly options!

I've eaten at the "Cafe" a couple times. The "Cache" just once. The Cache part of this establishment is far too pretentious. I was tempted to ask if the Cafe could bring something up to me.

Ginger and Baker has been my family’s go to dinner spot for a while because of their good food and good service, but this past dining experience was not anything like we have had before. Our server was not very attentive to our table, even though he only had one other table, which was the table right next to us. We ordered the chicken pot pies (which we order every time) and it was served to us without the chicken or vegetables, it seemed as if it was just the exterior breading filled with mushroom soup. We were unable to notify our server of this issue due to him not returning to our table until he asked if we would like our check. We hope to have a better experience next time we choose to dine at Ginger and Baker.

TLDR: Comfortable, delicious dining experience. Can't wait to come back again (from a breakfast chef)!I had seen a lot of "hype" for ginger and baker while planning our trip to Fort Collins. Generally I am hesitant about heavily promoted spots.Well... my expectations were blown away. The farm stand skillet was smoky, fatty (in the best way), cheesy, and with perfectly done eggs and the fresh peppers/pico my tastebuds were in heaven. Now, my fiancé and I have a running quest to find the best French dip. G&B, your French dip is DIVINE. The bread has the perfect crunch : soft ratio. The roast was heavenly, flavorful, tender... I often find that restaurants use the cheaper cuts for a French dip, and this was not that. This sandwich honored the glory and comfort a French dip gives the world. The au jus was good, not my personal favorite; it was a bit too sweet for my liking. I still enjoyed it though. I do wish we had ordered the French dip with extra horseradish, the horseradish got a bit lost between the complexities of all the other delicious components.I also really enjoyed our service here. Our server was casual, but also knowledgeable and personable; I noticed the rest of the team doing the same. He stopped by at all the perfect times.

It's hard to review the Ginger Baker Cafe and the Cache in a single review. The Cafe at Ginger Baker is absolutely delicious - 5/5. Consistently excellent offerings for both breakfast and lunch at reasonable prices. Always excellent service and ambiance. The Cache at Ginger Baker is marginal - 3/5. The flavors of their entrees and cocktails have been uninspired, especially for the cost. I'll go elsewhere for a nice dinner on a special occasion.
