The young man at the counter was excellent, but everything else about this, my first experience with Good Times was disappointing. The burger patty tasted like they bought a 10 pack of budget Walmart patties, there one on the Grill, no seasoning, then threw it on a bun with cheese, nothing more. The fries were better, but not by much.

very nice man in the drive through around 2 pm on Feb 1st. super yummy cheeseburger and amazing crispy fries. My milkshake was super thick which is my favorite. I'm never going back to mcdonald's.

Please, please, send a petition for Good Times to come to Seattle Washington. I'm home sick. And there aren't any burgers that tastes as good as my Big Daddy with wild fries and wild dipping sauce. ?
Our work got together to get Tues lunch, just because. the store was too busy to get inside so our office mgr ordered online and picked up the order. total was over $93. the mac & cheese cup was half filled, the sweet tato fries were also half filled but so overcooked they were inedible. the ranch/sauces requested were all missing as part of all the combos. the 3 guac burgers, one was missing it, the others? it was brown and tasted old/rotten. two of them were just thrown away. what a waste of money overall. refund is in order.

The food here is excellent and the manager was awesome. Even though they don't have a military discount he still gave me a discount on my order. I hope this review doesn't get him in trouble but I believe great customer service should be recognized, especially in today's world where I find it has become very scarce. I would highly recommend this restaurant!
Simply asked if the burrito I ordered had egg and cheese, got met with attitude and terrible tone. Get home, my potatoes were cold and nasty and I live 5 mins down the road. The burrito was also TINY. Like a slider sized l burrito. I used to go there 2 times a week because I enjoy their burgers and breakfast burritos. Not anymore. Tuesday the 28th between 930 and 945 is when I went. Threw my food out so thanks for taking 6.75 from me and handing me garbage. Fix the staff
