We catered Happy Trails for a leadership meeting, and the coffee and food were all delicious! Cinnamon rolls a hit, burritos stayed warm in transit, and coffee was good to the last drop. Well for sure do it again!!
They have a La Marazocco espresso machine!!! For those that don't know what this is, it is like the Porsche of espresso machine. I have wanted one for years and being able to try coffee from one within the US was amazing. The espresso was so smooth, with no sour or bitter after taste. I will put it in my top 2 for FoCo espresso. I would like to know more about their bean provider and origin, because it was that good.
