absolutely disgusted with this place went in tonight called in prior for a reservation for a family of 7. Went in mentioned it was my birthday and also our first time there. When it was time for the chef to start cooking and entertain us we were excited after watching the other chefs entertain and socialize with their guest. But when it came to it our chef had no reaction and a bad attitude and was very antisocial! We noticed our family was disappointed so then we pulled our waiter in private and voiced our concerns he then tried to fix the situation by going to the chef and hyping him up but not even could help the situation so after the show we spoke to the waiter again and asked to speak to a manager. The manager had nothing nice to say was very rude and kept saying this is our best chef and said he could then offer us 1 dessert for free tell me how that would be okay especially for a family of 7 not to mention it was my birthday and our first time there and this is how they treat there guest. The manager called 911 on us, mind you we left leaving all our food behind not taking left overs home all because we voiced our concerns and felt the manager should compensate and work with us due to the situation that transpired tonight. But apparently that was asking for to much. I would never recommend this place to no one absolutely rude and unprofessional.

The chef rushed through and did not take time to make the "show" as fun. And the service was VERY slow, I think it took 20 minutes to get and pay our check.I have been here before and loved it, but this trip was a letdown.

Ok, here we go again. I had the pleasure of visiting this amazing place. The service was wonderful. The people there are super friendly. We got there a bit late but were treated with so much respect and kindness. They honored their valentines dinner for two as you can see, we got the filet mignon and lobster tail ?. They have Sapporo on draft. I highly recommend it. Do not eat anything before you go trust me you'll still have leftovers.

This is one of our favorite places to go! And as Ft. Collins natives, we are thrilled to see it still going strong! The food is always flavorful and cooked to perfection. Tonight there was a new chef, Jackie! He is hilarious and very talented! The food was great. He had the whole restaurant laughing. It was my Mom's 87th Birthday and he made it very special! Best show ever!

Bad experience. Went here on Valentine’s Day and got an unenthusiastic cook. He forgot my shrimp and I had to ask the waiter to fix it for me. All the food came out at different times so it was not all hot at the same time. The fried rice was undercooked and hard. Also the cook put chicken on my partners plate who’s a vegetarian. The only redeeming quality was the waiter who was super personable and nice. If it wasn’t for him the whole experience would have been terrible.
My son and I went last night. We are visiting from Texas. Food was great, the cook was awesome and had great personality. We loved the birthday song and performance.
Had a great time for Valentine's day. As always the food was great!
