We had cookies delivered, did not get all the cookies we ordered. When I tried to call.tjem waited on hold for 45 minutes with no answer. The cookies we did get were cold and hard. Would not suggest anyone waste the money getting cookies here.

I wouldnt even put a star. Customer service was terrible. It took an hour and a half to have my order delivered. Called the store twice to get an update on my order. When I called the second time the worker hung up on me. My husband then called back and said I was disrespectful when I wasn't... ordered at 1050 pm and it's now half hour after midnight. Will never buy from this establishment again.

I’ve worked in the food game before, I know I came off as annoying over the phone but thanks so much for helping me anyways! I bought a cookie and cupof ice cream this evening. It was delicious, but the cashier seemed like she would rather die than be there. In every interaction I had with her, she was incredibly rude. She had headphones in the whole time and was talking on the phone to someone. I understand they’re probably short staffed and it’s a manager problem more than anything, but don’t take it on me for wanting to buy something. I won’t be coming back.

The last couple times we have went the same worker is there and she just hangs out in the back with like 7 other people and just listen to music. This last time was on 12-07-23 at like 6pm and it was the same thing she didnt want to help me out and was rude I guess she didnt like I took her away from her party in the back and also for the first time ever the cookies were cold and terrible. I hope this gets fixed soon.

Edited: I'll start off by saying that I do like the cookies, better than the other cookie stores that have opened up since Insomnia came to town. My favorite is the Vegan Double Chocolate Chunk.But they are soooooo expensive, I personally couldn't justify getting anything more than a single cookie, which can run from $3-$6. I like that they now offer Oat Milk in their fridge besides just the dairy option. :)So if you can afford to splurge on it, by all means this is a great place to go for dessert! But don't go here with the family and not expect to dish out the $$$ for cookies.Dietary restrictions: They do offer vegan and gluten free cookies. As people with allergy dietary restrictions know, they should use their own best judgement if they want to eat here because of the inevitable cross contamination.They also have oat milk instead of dairy.
Went to Terre Haute location last night around 9:45. Walked in, worker sitting at a desk in back playing on laptop turns says “Hello”, then turns back around. I wait. Wait. Wait. She continues to play on laptop. I leave. Open sign was on. Assumed they were open for business but the worker felt no need to work and earn her paycheck. Won’t be going back.
