I always get Jimmy John's to go. I place a pre-order, walk in and grab it, and leave. My food is always ready no matter how little time I give them. They have it ready within 5 to 10 minutes.There is a shelf just inside the door for pickup orders. If it's not on the shelf, ask them, it's probably behind the counter.Jimmy John's is always consistent. My order is always the exact same, which is a good thing.Enjoy!

This time I was disappointed in the sandwich. I ordered 2 8". Tuna subs. The subs were unevenly cut with one being larger than the other by maybe 1 1/2"s. Since I did not measure the subs at the time, I don't know if one was 8"or if the other one was 7or 9. The larger one had a large amount of very wet tuna at the base of the sandwich. This, the bread there was like a wet sponge. This is the first time I was dissatisfied with one of your sandwiches. Also I have had to temporarily use a walker and struggled with the door entering and exiting. Usually your staff is extremely helpful but not this time. Also the pesto salad had far too much dressing on it. I will be back as I write this review to be constructive as this has never been my experience in the past.

Very loud teenage music, so the staff had to talk very loud to each other with their very long conversations. Hardly any one there except us. Tons of shredded lettuce and tomato slices looked old. Lots of plain bread.

We had our grandson sleeping in the car. So my husband and I took turns going in to place our orders at Jimmy John's. I ordered two lettuce wraps. I reiterated four times that I wanted extra mayo. I received my order and the tuna sandwich did not have the extra mayo. The turkey sandwich had old turkey meat and tasted bad. it had sbout half a tablespoon of mayo at the top of the lettuce wrap and that was it for the extra mayo. I did not eat my turkey sandwich. We were headed out of town and did not have time to take the order back to complain. We will not use this location again. The cashier was not friendly and appeared bothered by me. I recommend the Jimmy John off of Harmony Rd and Corbett. they are friendly, welcoming snd good at getting orders right.

This location literally NEVER correctly makes my order. I occasionally make an online order from here as part of a group lunch delivery at work, and out of 5+ orders my sandwich has not been correct a single time. I have a very simple order, but they seem to be in such a rush to make their food fast that they do not care about getting it right.Whether it's forgetting to include optional items like peppers or onions, or omitting standard parts of the sandwich like the avocado on my turkey club, or forgetting to add extra items that I paid for, like bacon - this location cannot be bothered to take the time and actually read my online order and make my sandwich correctly. Furthermore, I always check the 'cut in half' option when ordering online and they NEVER cut my sandwich in half.HOW HARD IS IT TO READ THE ORDER AND MAKE THE SANDWICH CORRECTLY? Apparently for the staff at this location, it's impossible. Pick a different JJ's if you want to actually get what you order.
