I love Jim’s wings but the wait tonight was absolutely ridiculous. We ordered ahead and had to wait in line with the people ordering in. They need another line for to go orders or more people working up front. By the time we got our food it was soggy and cold. I am really disappointed.

Jim’s Wings is my favorite restaurant in Fort Collins. I have been coming to this location since I was probably 5 years old. This was one of my Dads favorite places in the world. Sadly he passed away a few years back and coming into Jim’s reminds me of him every time. I wanna give a massive shout out to Robert and Brian probably some of the best and friendliest staff I have ever met in my life. Jim the owner I have known for years as well and is one of the best guys around. My family back in Ohio constantly asks us to send Jim’s sauce to them because of how much they love it. But with all that said Jim’s wings food and atmosphere never fails to impress thank you guys for all you do!!

Good wings! The customer service is phenomenal, very kind and Courteous during rush hour. Will definitely eat here again!
Place is a legit joke. Live directly across the street from here which is the worst part... First time coming here with 4 buddies we were told our food would be out in 30 minutes. Sure enough it didn't arrive for an over an hour. We each had to remind the staff about our food multiple times. They seemed "pissed" at the fact they lied to us, telling us our food would be out almost half an hour earlier than it was. I asked for a handful of ketchup packets for my friends and I for our soggy fries and swear to god the guy handed me two singular packets. Wings weren't special either.Tried giving it another chance at 5PM on a Sunday but it was honestly worse. Showed up with my girlfriend and told us food would be out between 45-hour (which is ridiculous for any restraunt at 5PM on a Sunday). After waiting over an hour for my food it finally arrived but it was yet again awful and almost ruined me and my girlfriend's relationship.Place is ran by a bunch of delinquents that have no clue what they're doing. Will never ever ever be coming back nor anyone I know!!!

Great wing joint, chicken sandwich was juicy and crispy. Plenty of TVs with sports on, busy on Saturday at 1 pm. 5 of us split various wings, sides, sandwich and chicken strip basket.Parking: Parking in strip center is tight, we opted to park block over and walk.
If you can fit an order in on a game day this is the only option in town for wings. Great sauces, usually great meaty flats and drums and a great atmosphere with beers on tap. What more can you ask for?
