Every time we come here we do not get what we order. Every time. Not only that but clearly told lady behind counter that it's my wife and we have stuff at home. She then proceeded to ask if I was doordash. When I just told her I was getting order for my wife. I hit them up on the way home from work since their drive thru is open until 11pm. I'm a big fan of the 5 piece chicken tenders and the Sweet Lightening Mountain Dew.

I was in the drive thru, ordered a large onion ring and paid for a large. I did not check the order until I got home and realized they gave me a small onion ring. Check your order before driving away.

This day must have been there off day as I heard they're usually more efficient and quicker. Yes I had a somewhat bigger than my usual order customers before me were complaining about the wait and erroneous orders such as missing items and such. When I received mine I ensured that it was correct and it was. The restaurant was clean and not crowded.

I should know better than to keep ordering from this location. They are supposed to be open until 11. More than once I've ordered from here either through a delivery service or by placing a pick up order through the kfc app after getting off of work, usually between 7 and 9 pm. It seems that they stop making chicken at some point long before they are supposed to close because on three seperate occasions I have been told they are out of the chicken I have chosen and therefore need to replace it with whatever they might have laying around. I'm sorry... if they are out of something shouldn't that mean they're supposed to make more? If it was like 10 mins to close I would be more understanding. But 2 to 3 hours? On a regular basis? Really not acceptable. If I'm paying 40 friken dollars for a bucket of chicken, (which is INSANE btw) is it so unreasonable to expect that chicken to be hot and fresh? Frankly, the store seems dirty, disorganized, and lacking proper management. I won't order from here ever again.

My Spicy Chicken Sandwich was good; my daughter's Chicken Nuggets were even better. The girl who took our order spoke so quietly as to be quite hard to understand. The restaurant had a bucket set up to catch water dripping from the ceiling, and quite a few ceiling tiles were discolored. The men's bathroom had a bunch of wall tiles busted out. Bottom line: the Colonel's Secret Recipe tastes as good as it ever did, but this location could use more energetic management.

Ordered 4 tenders. They looked old and didn't taste good, same with the fries, which we didn't even order. We ordered a coldslaw instead of fries. Bought large cheese curds but instead we got regular, and still for the same price as large.

I placed and paid for my order in the app. I got a confirmation email thanking me for my order. I got another email telling me my order was ready. I got an email receipt as well. Ventured out in sub zero weather to pick up order. Arrived at the designated time for pick up. Was told through the ordering speaker the the restaurant was closed. She also said I would have to call somewhere else to get my money back. WTF. I don't know how the owners can be aware of such a poor performing restaurant without taking some sort of action to correct. This is a great location but the entire staff needs to be fired, including and especially the management. Clean it up, hire and train new staff and enjoy twice the sales and profit.
