Alright, so I am a little biased. I love Karl’s pizza but I would also say it’s not a rule of thumb to gauge by. Personally, the pizza is great all the time, only complaint is I wish they had a few more toppings. This location has some of the nicest people I have met in the service industry. Exceptional workers, exceptional staff and they don’t come bother you around the store.

Strange strange Pizza but there were people at other tables that looked like they enjoyed what they ordered. One adult at our table was never served his dinner. There were six adults and two children at the table and we were having a little birthday event. All were served accepting for Grandpa. After letting servers know that he never received his meal... something amazing happened. Grandpa's food finally arrived after all others had finished. He told the waitress that he no longer was interested in eating his food when everyone else was done eating. He had already talked to someone that was supposedly in charge and his food was taken off the bill. The waitress told him that he would not be charged for his meal... and was on the house. Grandpa said it was too late and he had no intention or eating a free meal and to take it back! He also informed the server that he would never come back again.

Some of the best pizza in FOCO. I call it college pizza because it's good, greasy and has crazy toppings. The wait can be real long for delivery (that's why I ranked service low) but it's totally worth it. The pizza is really good. Not NY style but great local pizza. Love the chicken bacon ranch, mac and cheese pizza and the popper pizzas.if you eat in it's a fun atmosphere.

I decided to give Krazy Karl's another chance after they screwed up my order. I am now sitting here waiting for my pizza I ordered at 5:07, that was supposed to be ready at 6:07. They said that they lost our order. They also lost the Uber Eats order of the gentleman before me. Still waiting and they lost another person's order. Thy just lost another half of an order I finally got my pizza at 6:31. Shame on me for giving them another chance.

Excruciatingly slow and inattentive service. We got there around 9:45-10 as a party of 5 and didn’t have food until 11:30. Had to ask for water refills, ask for updates on the food, etc. We were told we’d get a discount due to the wait but that didn’t happen. It wasn’t even busy - there were probably 8 other people in the place when we were, most there before us. Likely won’t be returning. Food was fine but not worth that wait.
I ordered from UberEats last night, and had a 2 liter drink in my order. This was missing from the delivery, so I called them about it. The employee told me they could deliver it when their driver was back at the store. I received a message awhile later that said he was having car trouble, but to call back tomorrow and they could give me a free pizza or appetizer.I thought this was fine, but when I called back this morning, I spoke to a manager that told me I was misinformed, and to just call UberEats for a refund. She made no effort to rectify the situation, or give me an option to even come get my drink that I ordered originally. I'm in the area regularly and could just pick it up when I'm shopping at the nearby King Sooper's. The first employee offered to deliver it, then offered a free pizza when they weren't able to -- this is good customer service. Saying "sorry it's a 3rd party, we can't do anything" when there are multiple options to do something, is not good customer service.Pretty annoying since I do like their pizza, but their customer service could use some work. If they made good on their initial promises, I'd change my review.

The wait time is unacceptable…I mean really. I feel really bad for the employees working the takeout counter. It’s almost as if the kitchen puts your order in the oven when you arrive because there are about 20 people crowded in this small space right now and each time they’ve been told the same thing ? honestly the pizza is OKAY (I’m from NY sorry)…and for the amount of money you charge for it SURELY you can afford to build another kitchen and hire more employees to remedy this problem that you constantly have and do nothing about. BTW I just watched a man pay $95 for FOUR pizzas, like what is going on are you krazy?!

Love this place! Everyone is so friendly! Kendall was amazing! Super attentive and kind! Any of their pizzas with cream cheese... amazing!! Great place to hang out with friends and enjoy some trivia on Monday nights
