I just had a religious experience at Los Tarascos. Everything was made fresh and I had to eat it very slowly to savor every bite. The rosemary carne asada is the best meal I have ever had in Fort Collins.

Los Tarascos is always wonderful. Service and food are great. They have several signature dishes in my opinion but I would recommend the quail with mole.Parking: Parking is a little tricky as I don't believe they have a designated lot. I could only find street parking about a block away but it was free.

This is our go to Mexican restaurant. Amazing food. Friendly staff. Awesome salsa bar. I've never liked margaritas until I had one here. It was so good. Sundays are 1/2 priced drinks for men. That's a rare find. Great atmosphere. Great patio dining during the warm evenings.
Great local spot. Salsa bar is great and the margarita pitcher is fun to share.

It was 64 degrees in the restaurant. I was freezing! I love the food but had to ask for a box to go cause my food got cold and I couldn't eat it. I had to go outside to warm up. It was ridiculous. I was so uncomfortable, my friend at least had a coat.I hope this isn't the usual, cause I would rather eat somewhere comfortable.Parking: not easy to get parking, might have to walk around the block.

We like the mole and the tomatillo salsa. Everything else is just ok. Mostly overpriced. The salsa bar is a gimmick w lots of plastic going to landfills. Bring me a reasonable amount of salsa in a glass bowl. Or don't. There's no hustle. There's no warm welcome. The men's bathroom is gross. Margaritas are often too strong. Go to Rio or Blue Agave if you want an experience. Go to Los Camales if you want a good salsa bar. Go to La Buena Vida for the same mole recipe. And if manager Emma is working, you might as well just go to Taco Bell.
Great Mexican food. The salsa bar is wonderful — not many places have these anymore. I’m really glad they have kept it.
