Does anyone here know what they are doing at any point in time? You can ask for something from 3 people and still not get it. Also, how is adding Mac sauce not an option on the app, and why when you ask for it do you still not get it??Thanks for the underfilled fries. Got a medium size in a large box.

This is a very nice McDonald's branch. It was recently rebuilt. Large comfortable seating lots of light. Separate large area for children. Immaculately clean even the bathroom. The food is typical McDonald's well prepared and tasty. The employees are always friendly and quick to help. My only complaint is there are no electrical outlets anywhere in the restaurant. So if you're going to use a device inside make sure it's charged up! (I don't have a car so I always order inside and dine there too.)

Its like they didn't even try. Drove up to the drive-thru at 6:30pm, there was nobody in line. Ordered a double quarter with cheese, plain, and some fries. They moved me to the waiting area, which took them over 10 mins to get my food. Fries were upside down and stale (usually is here), and apparently, a plain burger means onions and ketchup on it as well. If you ask me, 12 dollars to get mediocre food, service, and long wait times with nobody behind me during prime hours is a good reason to go somewhere else. I don't set the bar very high for McDonalds, but they couldn't even hit the bar.
I work close to here and I'm never going back. This place constantly messes up orders. ALWAYS check what you ordered before you leave. I've shrugged it off enough times and even gone back in just as many times to fix my order. This is probably the 5th time I've been short an entire meal. They seem to only hire people who barely speak English and I think it causes problems. They used to have an employee who would harass women customers even... It was hard to watch. Like I said, never going back or giving this location another dime.

So this is what I got for my burger. No bottom bun and extra greasy meat. Not sure how to eat this and enjoy it. Fries I received were luke warm. Not a good experience. Too far away to go back. Makes for a bad Friday. Thanks McDonald’s. You sure ruined my lunch break!
